ちゃんぽんと、皿うどんの違いを食事の入口にする
四海樓の由来案内では、ちゃんぽんは鶏ガラと豚骨のスープに長崎の食材を合わせた麺料理として紹介されています。皿うどんはちゃんぽんから生まれ、麺を焼いて汁を少なく仕上げる形と、細い揚げ麺にあんをかける形が説明されています。注文時は当日のメニューで麺の種類、量、価格を確かめてください。
閉店時刻より早い、最終入店に合わせる
昼は11時30分～15時で最終入店14時、夜は17時～20時で最終入店19時です。混雑時には受付が早まる場合があるため、この時刻ぎりぎりの到着は避ける予定にできます。15時～17時は昼夜の間で、1階売店の10時～17時30分という時間とも区別してください。
休業日と、個室だけの予約条件を確認する
2026年10月の休業日は14日・28日、11月は11日・25日です。通常レストランは予約を受け付けていません。個室は4名以上でコース料理を注文する場合に限り、2営業日前までの予約を受ける案内です。予約の問い合わせは10時～17時に電話・FAXで行い、ネット・アプリ・予約代行は受け付けないという条件も確認してください。
車を使う日は、食事後に出庫できる時刻を選ぶ
同じ松が枝町の長崎市営松が枝町駐車場は季節で営業時間が変わります。10月10日～11月30日は19時、12月～2月末は18時閉場で、営業時間外は出庫できません。夜の部を利用する日は、食事を終える時刻と閉場を照合し、必要なら別の交通手段を選んでください。
出島の見学と、駅側の宿泊を合わせる
出島は松が枝町とは別のエリアで、見学後の移動を予定に加えてください。駅側のホテルニュー長崎へ戻る日は、夕食の最終入店と帰路を合わせて選べます。料理の価格や待ち時間は固定せず、その日の営業案内と現地の受付を確認してください。

Use champon and saraudon as a starting point
The restaurant describes champon as noodles with chicken- and pork-bone broth and Nagasaki ingredients. Its saraudon history explains both pan-cooked noodles with less broth and thin fried noodles with sauce. Check the current menu for noodle choices, portions and prices.
Arrive before final admission, ahead of closing time
Lunch runs 11:30–15:00 with final admission at 14:00; dinner 17:00–20:00 with final admission at 19:00. Busy periods may end admissions earlier. Allow time before the deadline. The 15:00–17:00 service break and ground-floor shop’s 10:00–17:30 hours are separate.
Check closures and private-room reservation rules
Closures are October 14 and 28 and November 11 and 25, 2026. Regular restaurant tables cannot be reserved. Private-room reservations require at least four people ordering courses, by two business days before. Contact by phone or fax 10:00–17:00; online, app and intermediary reservations are not accepted.
For a car visit, allow departure before parking closes
In the same district, Matsugae-machi Municipal Parking changes hours seasonally: closing at 19:00 October 10–November 30 and 18:00 December–February. Vehicles cannot leave outside operating hours. Match dinner’s finish with parking closure or choose another transport option.
Combine Dejima sightseeing with a station-area stay
Dejima is in a separate area; allow onward travel after the visit. Coordinate dinner admission and the return to station-area Hotel New Nagasaki. Check that day’s service and reception for prices and waiting time.
