The free half hour covers 7:30–17:15 on all days
All days, year-round, 7:30–17:15 gives the first 30 minutes free, then ¥100 per 30 minutes. Weekends/holidays qualify too; this is not weekday-only. From 17:15 to 7:30 the next day, the first hour costs ¥150 per 30 minutes, then ¥100 per 30 minutes. Twenty-four-hour access does not mean free full-day parking or a flat cap. Compare both entry and exit; check signs or the office for totals spanning periods or short-stay boundaries.
Check the overnight tariff and unattended-machine payment
The listed overnight tariff is ¥1,100 for 21:00–8:30 the next day. Do not treat it as a 24-hour-from-entry cap; check processing and departure outside that period with the office or signs. Distinguish Shinkansen-ticket rates from past restrictions
The operator lists a flat service for Shinkansen return-ticket holders at ¥1,300 per night, up to five nights for ¥6,500. Show the return ticket at entry, receive an exchange voucher, then exchange it at the office after your trip for parking tickets covering the period. Fukui Prefectural Museum of Cultural History needs travel to Omiya; its free parking is separate. Europe-ken Main Restaurant is in Junka, requiring a walking route and Monday/Tuesday closure check. Courtyard by Marriott Fukui is on the station’s west side; adjacent external parking membership rates do not apply to this municipal car park.
