国道地下の133台と、歩行者出入口を確認する

新町地下駐車場は新町橋1丁目の国道地下にある市の施設で、収容案内は133台です。管理・運営は株式会社バルと徳島市中心市街地まちづくり協議会の共同体による指定管理です。会館方面の出入口から阿波おどり会館まで約150mが目安。エレベーターがないため、車を置いたあとに使う歩行者経路を確かめてください。133台は現在の空き台数を示す数字ではありません。

12時間800円の上限と、阿波おどり期間を区別する

最初の1時間300円、以後20分ごと100円で、入庫から12時間最大800円を12時間ごとに繰り返す案内です。24時間800円の上限ではありません。阿波おどり期間は最大料金の適用外なので、長時間利用する日は現地の料金と開催日を照合してください。基本料金、優待、上限をまたぐ計算は精算表示でも確認できます。

日祝の入庫時間と、会館の認証を分けて使う

日曜・祝日・振替休日の10:00～19:00に入庫した車は1時間分の駐車料金が無料です。平日や土曜を同じ条件に含めず、入庫する曜日と時刻を確認してください。この条件を除く時間には、阿波おどり会館の有料施設を利用し、会館で駐車券に押印してもらって地下1階の駐車場管理事務所へ提示すると20分分・100円を値引く案内です。両方の優待が重なるとは決めず、精算前に対象を確認できます。

高さ2mと、開催日の交通規制を確かめる

市の会館周辺駐車案内では車高制限2.0mです。ルーフ上の荷物や装備を含む高さを照合し、他の寸法条件は入口表示を確認してください。通常は24時間営業ですが、阿波おどり開催時には交通規制による入場制限の案内があります。祭りの開催日には、その年の交通規制と入場可能時刻を別に確認してください。

踊りの会場、駅前の食事、ホテルへつなぐ

阿波おどり会館では昼夜の公演と展示の時間が異なります。駅側の徳島ラーメン麺王徳島駅前本店までは別の徒歩移動を加えられます。JRホテルクレメント徳島の宿泊駐車は徳島駅クレメント駐車場を対象にした別の条件です。会館側での観光駐車と、駅側の宿泊をそれぞれ選んでください。

Check the underground facility and pedestrian exits

The city facility lies beneath the main road at Shinmachibashi, with listed capacity of 133. A joint designated manager operates it. The Kaikan-side exit is about 150 metres from Awa Odori Kaikan. With no lift, check the pedestrian route before choosing the facility. Capacity does not indicate current vacancies.

Distinguish the 12-hour cap from festival-period charges

The tariff is ¥300 for the first hour, then ¥100 per 20 minutes. An ¥800 cap repeats every 12 hours from entry; it is not an ¥800 daily cap. The cap excludes Awa Odori festival periods. Check the date and on-site tariff for long stays, including how reductions and cap periods are calculated.

Use holiday reductions and Kaikan validation under their own terms

One hour’s charge is waived for entry 10:00–19:00 on Sundays and public or substitute holidays; this does not automatically cover Saturdays or weekdays. Outside that condition, paid use of Kaikan facilities can receive a 20-minute/¥100 reduction: obtain a ticket stamp there and present it at the parking office on basement level one. Confirm eligibility before payment rather than assuming both reductions combine.

Check the 2-metre height limit and event-day access

The city’s parking guidance lists a 2.0m height limit. Include rooftop loads or fittings when checking height; consult entrance signs for other dimensions. Ordinary service is 24 hours, but festival traffic restrictions can limit entry. Check that year’s event dates, restrictions and permitted entry times separately.

Connect the dance venue, station ramen and hotel

Awa Odori Kaikan has different show and museum times. Allow an onward walk to station-area Menoh Tokushima Station Main Store. Guest parking at JR Hotel Clement Tokushima covers a different station facility. Choose sightseeing and overnight parking for their respective locations.
