小倉城｜歴史展示と天守からの街並みを楽しむ

小倉城は、細川忠興が1602年に築城を始めた城です。現在の天守は1959年の再建で、歴史展示を見ながら最上階の展望スペースへ進めます。

Construction of Kokura Castle began under Hosokawa Tadaoki in 1602. The present keep dates from 1959, with historical displays leading to a viewing area on the top floor.

展示と展望を巡る

1階の映像や体験展示、2階の細川家・小笠原家の歴史、3階の宮本武蔵と佐々木小次郎に関する展示を巡れます。5階には展望スペースとカフェがあります。

季節別の営業時間

4～10月は9～20時、11～3月は9～19時。最終入場はそれぞれ19時30分、18時30分です。イベント開催時は時間が変わる場合があります。天守のライトアップは日没後から22時までです。

入場券と共通券

中高生300円、小学生150円、未就学児無料。一般の2施設共通券は700円で小倉城庭園も見学でき、3施設共通券900円は松本清張記念館も対象です。

天守の構造と移動

最上階がその下の階より張り出した「唐造り」の姿が特徴です。館内にはエレベーターがあり、1階から5階まで移動できます。車の場合は松本清張記念館横の勝山公園有料駐車場を利用できます。

Explore the exhibits and views

Explore a film and hands-on displays on the first floor, the history of the Hosokawa and Ogasawara families on the second, and exhibits about Miyamoto Musashi and Sasaki Kojiro on the third. The fifth floor has a viewing area and café.

Seasonal opening hours

Hours are 09:00–20:00 from April to October and 09:00–19:00 from November to March, with last entry at 19:30 and 18:30 respectively. Event hours may differ. The keep is illuminated from dusk until 22:00.

Tickets and combined admission

Secondary students pay ¥300, primary pupils ¥150 and preschool children enter free. An adult two-site ticket costs ¥700 and includes Kokura Castle Garden; the ¥900 three-site ticket also covers the Matsumoto Seicho Memorial Museum.

Architecture and access inside

The keep has a distinctive karazukuri form, with its top floor projecting beyond the floor below. A lift serves all five floors. Drivers can use the paid Katsuyama Park car park beside the Matsumoto Seicho Memorial Museum.
