名古屋城を訪ねる日は、現在入れない天守閣と、見学できる本丸御殿や城内を分けて予定を組めます。本丸御殿に入りたい方は、城の門に着く時刻よりも、御殿の入口へ着く時刻を目安にしてください。市内の宿や食事を並べる前に、城内を歩く時間を確保しましょう。

天守閣に上る予定から、城内を巡る予定へ
天守閣の内部には入れません。本丸御殿や西の丸御蔵城宝館を見学する予定と、城内を歩き外観を見る予定を組み合わせてください。入れる場所や見学の順路は当日の案内で確認し、開いている建物へ進む時間を見込めます。
本丸御殿の入口へ16時までに着く
本丸御殿は正門・東門から徒歩約10分の案内です。西の丸御蔵城宝館は正門から約5分、東門から約10分です。16時までに城の門へ来れば各建物に入れるとは判断せず、目的の建物までの移動と待ち時間を入れて早めに到着してください。
10月改定後の料金を使う
2026年10月1日から大人の個人料金は1,000円になっています。名古屋市内在住の65歳以上の方には300円の区分がありますが、住所・年齢・本人確認ができる写真付き書類が必要です。旅行者全員に高齢者料金が適用される案内ではないため、自分に合う区分を公式料金表で確認してください。
市内の移動と駐車の場所を決める
城へは公式アクセスの地下鉄やバス、駐車場の案内を使って移動できます。大須も同じ日に歩く方は市営大須駐車場を別の目的地の駐車場として考えてください。城内の見学を終える時刻と、市内の次の移動を分けて組めます。
名古屋駅の宿と熱田の食事へつなぐ
名古屋マリオットアソシアホテルを拠点にする方は、駅から城への往復を予定に入れられます。あつた蓬莱軒 神宮店で食事する日は、熱田までの移動と受付条件を合わせて確認してください。
For a Nagoya Castle visit, distinguish the closed keep from Honmaru Palace and the grounds. If entering the palace, plan arrival at its entrance rather than just the castle gate. Allow time to walk through the grounds before arranging accommodation and meals elsewhere in the city.

Plan the grounds while the keep is closed
The castle keep’s interior is closed. Combine Honmaru Palace or Nishinomaru Okura Johokan with time walking through the grounds and viewing exteriors. Check the day’s open areas and routes, allowing time to reach the buildings you wish to enter.
Reach the palace entrance by 16:00
Honmaru Palace is listed as about ten minutes from either the main or east gate. Nishinomaru Okura Johokan is about five minutes from the main gate or ten from the east gate. Arrival at a castle gate by 16:00 does not provide time to reach each entrance; account for the walk and possible waiting.
Use admission revised in October
Adult individual admission became ¥1,000 on 1 October 2026. The ¥300 senior category requires residence in Nagoya City, age 65 or above and photographic documents verifying identity, age and address. Check the applicable category; this is not a general senior visitor rate.
Choose city transport and parking locations
Use the official subway, bus and parking guide for the castle approach. If also visiting Osu, treat Municipal Osu Parking as parking for a separate destination. Allow an onward city journey after the castle visit.
Connect a station stay with a meal in Atsuta
With Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel as a base, plan the return journey between the station and castle. For Atsuta Horaiken Jingu Shop, allow a separate journey to Atsuta and check reception conditions.
