歴史展示と展望を組み合わせる
公式の展示案内では7階で豊臣秀吉の生涯、5階で大坂夏の陣図屏風の世界を紹介しています。上階の展望と展示のどちらを先に見たいか、同行者と相談しておくと回り方を決めやすくなります。3・4階の資料展示は展示替えがあるため、特定の資料を目当てにする日は開催内容も確認してください。
入館の列と見学時間を分ける
最終入館は17時30分ですが、状況によってはそれより早くチケット購入列を制限する場合があるという案内です。列に並ぶ時間と見学の時間を同じ枠に詰め込まず、余裕を持って到着しましょう。公園の散策を長く続ける日でも、天守閣の入館時間は別に確認してください。
大学生・高校生の料金は学生証等の提示が必要です。海外からの大学生・高校生にはISIC（国際学生証）の提示を案内しています。無料対象の中学生以下も、年齢を確かめられるものを用意してください。
館内の階段とエレベーター
一般の館内エレベーターは上りの5階までの案内で、その先や下りは階段で移動します。車椅子を利用する方や歩行が難しい方には、各階への移動に対応する案内があるため係員へ相談してください。家族で訪ねる場合も、館内で使いたい支援を入館前に伝えると予定を整えられます。
車で来たあとは公園を歩く
車の方は大阪城公園駅前駐車場を候補にできます。駐車場は天守閣の入口そのものではないため、園内を歩く時間を予定に加えてください。見学後に戻る出口や、次の移動先を決めてから車を離れると、一日の動きが分かりやすくなります。
大阪市内の食事と宿へ
市内で泊まる方は帝国ホテル 大阪、道頓堀へ食べに出る方は道頓堀 今井 本店の案内と合わせて旅程を考えられます。いずれも城の見学とは別に移動があるので、列車や道路の経路を確かめて時間を確保してください。

Combine exhibits with the view
The official floor guide features Toyotomi Hideyoshi’s life on the seventh floor and the world of the Osaka Summer War folding screen on the fifth. Agree whether views or exhibits matter most to your group. Displays on the third and fourth floors change, so check the programme if a particular object is the reason for visiting.
Allow for admission and viewing separately
Last entry is 17:30, but the museum may restrict the ticket queue earlier depending on conditions. Allow separately for admission and viewing, rather than fitting both into the final minutes. A longer walk in the park still requires a separate check of museum admission hours.
University and high-school rates require proof. The museum asks overseas university and high-school students to show an ISIC international student card. Junior-high students and younger visitors receiving free admission also need proof of age.
Steps and elevators inside
The general elevator route goes up to the fifth floor, with stairs beyond that and on the way down. Visitors using wheelchairs or finding walking difficult can discuss elevator access to the floors with staff. Tell staff about assistance you need before starting the visit.
Continue through the park after parking
Osaka Castle Park Station Parking is one option for a car arrival. It is not the museum entrance; include the walk through the park. Decide the return route and next destination before leaving the car.
