歩く順番を決める
雷門を入口にして仲見世を進み、宝蔵門、本堂へ向かう順番を基本にすると、初めてでも目的地をつかみやすくなります。通りで買い物をしたい場合は、本堂への参拝と買い物の時間を分けて考えると、集合時間や次の予約を決めやすくなります。
本堂の時間と境内の過ごし方
本堂の開堂時間と、境内を歩く時間は同じものではありません。秋冬に朝の参拝を考えている方は、開堂が6時30分になる点に注意してください。各お堂の案内や行事によって過ごし方が変わるため、参拝したい場所を先に決めると訪問の目的がはっきりします。
旅程に組み込む目安
雷門から本堂への参拝と短い散策に、編集上の目安として60～90分程度を確保する組み方が考えられます。これは寺が定めた所要時間ではありません。人の流れ、買い物、歩く速さによって変わるため、食事を予約している日は余白を残しておきましょう。
電車・車でのアクセス
公式の交通案内は、東武スカイツリーライン、東京メトロ銀座線、つくばエクスプレス、都営浅草線の浅草駅から徒歩約5分としています。都営浅草線はA4出口の案内です。寺には専用駐車場がないため、車で訪ねる方は出発前に駐車場を決め、満車時の別候補も用意してください。
食事と駐車場をつなぐ
車での計画は雷門地下駐車場の利用時間と合わせて考えられます。食事を旅程に組み込むなら、同じ台東区の浅草今半 国際通り本店も候補の一つです。食事の受付条件を確認し、参拝を急がずに済む順番で予定を組んでください。

Choose a route through the temple
A simple first route starts at Kaminarimon, continues along Nakamise, and leads through Hozomon towards the Main Hall. Plan worship and shopping as separate parts of the visit so that you can keep track of a meeting time or your next reservation.
Opening hours and time in the grounds
The Main Hall’s opening hours are distinct from time spent walking around the grounds. For an autumn or winter morning visit, note the 06:30 opening. Decide which hall or part of the temple matters most to you, and check its arrangements when planning your visit.
Allow time in your itinerary
As an editorial planning suggestion, allow roughly 60–90 minutes for a visit from Kaminarimon to the Main Hall and a short walk. This is not a duration specified by the temple. Crowds, shopping and walking pace can change it, so leave a buffer before a booked meal.
Arriving by rail or car
The temple gives an approximate five-minute walk from Asakusa stations on the Tobu Skytree Line, Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Tsukuba Express and Toei Asakusa Line; Exit A4 is specified for the Toei line. For a car visit, choose a car park before departure and keep another option in mind.
Connect your visit with dining and parking
If travelling by car, check the operating hours of Kaminarimon Underground Parking. For a meal in Taito City, Asakusa Imahan’s Kokusai Street Head Restaurant is one option. Check the dining arrangements and organise your day so that worship does not need to be rushed.
