ざるそばと、天ぷらやくるみの組み合わせ
公式の掲載は、ざるそば980円、舞茸天ざるそば1,670円、くるみそば1,570円で、いずれも税込です。冷たいそばを中心に選ぶか、天ぷらを合わせるかを店頭のメニューで決められます。予定の食事量と列車の時間を見ながら注文してください。
朝9時の開店と、夜の注文締切を使う
店舗詳細とMIDORIの案内は9時～21時で一致し、ラストオーダーは20時30分です。古い紹介画像の「朝7時半」と異なり、モーニング・ランチ限定メニューも現在は取り扱いなしの表示です。早朝の列車に乗る日は開店前となるため、駅へ着く時刻と営業の時間を照合してください。
ホーム店と、駅舎店の場所を分ける
この案内はMIDORI1階の松本駅舎店です。榑木野の「松本駅店」は1番線ホーム上にある別店舗で、営業時間も異なります。駅の中で食事場所を探す際は、店名と階・改札の位置を確認し、移動に必要な時間を取ってください。
予約なしの食事と、休館日の確認
席数は40席で、席・バス・宴会の予約は受け付けない案内です。混む時間は食事後の列車まで余裕を取り、不定休や駅ビルの休館日の営業を確認してください。店舗には駐車場がないため、車で駅周辺を訪れる日は駐車場所から歩く時間も必要です。
松本城と宿泊の前後に組み込む
松本城へ歩く方は、天守の入場時刻に合わせて食事を組めます。松本ホテル花月の駅送迎を使う場合は乗り場と発車時刻を先に確認してください。城周辺の大手門駐車場は駅前の店舗駐車場ではありません。
Pause for soba before or after a train at Kurekino Matsumoto Ekisha by the station’s east, or Oshiro, exit. Its MIDORI first-floor location fits a meal before a castle-town walk or after returning. Use this branch’s hours when planning the stop.

Listed prices including tax are ¥980 for zaru soba, ¥1,670 with maitake tempura and ¥1,570 for walnut soba. Choose the current menu’s combination to suit appetite and the time before the train.
Plan around 09:00 opening and evening last orders
The branch detail and MIDORI guide agree on 09:00–21:00; last order is 20:30. Older 07:30 promotional wording does not match the current hours. Special morning and lunch menus are marked unavailable. Match early trains with opening time.
Locate the station-building branch
This guide covers Matsumoto Ekisha on MIDORI’s first floor. Kurekino’s Matsumoto Eki shop on platform 1 is a different branch with different hours. Check the branch name, floor and ticket-gate position, allowing time to move through the station.
Allow for on-site seating and closure dates
The 40-seat branch does not take table, bus-group or banquet reservations. Allow a margin before the train at busy times; check irregular closures and service on building closure dates. With no shop parking, allow a walk from the chosen car park.
Fit the meal around sightseeing and a stay
Fit a meal around entry to Matsumoto Castle. If using Hotel Kagetsu’s station transport, confirm its departure stop and time first. Castle-area Otemon Parking is a separate walk from the station shop.
