自動車の昼間料金
8～23時は最初の1時間400円、以降30分ごと200円。最大料金は平日1,200円、土日祝日と12月31日～1月3日は2,400円です。昼間の最大料金は繰り返し適用されます。
夜間の閉門とバイク料金
23時～翌8時は閉門し、出庫できません。この時間は車1時間100円、バイク1時間50円が昼間料金とは別に加算されます。バイクの昼間料金は1回400円です。
支払いと利用方法
現金、対応するクレジットカード、電子マネー、交通系IC、コード決済を利用できます。高額紙幣は事前精算機のみ対応。駐車予約はできず、連続して1週間を超える駐車はできません。
休業日と年末の臨時休業
毎年5月3～5日と市役所設備点検等の日は休業します。2026年12月29～31日は「はなれ」への移転作業に伴う臨時休業が予定されています。

Daytime car charges
From 08:00 to 23:00, cars cost ¥400 for the first hour and ¥200 per subsequent half-hour. Caps are ¥1,200 on weekdays and ¥2,400 on weekends, public holidays and 31 December–3 January. Daytime caps repeat.
Overnight closure and motorcycle charges
The gates close from 23:00 to 08:00, preventing exit. During these hours, cars incur ¥100 per hour and motorcycles ¥50 per hour in addition to daytime charges. Daytime motorcycle parking costs ¥400 per entry.
Payment and use
Cash, supported credit cards, electronic money, transit IC cards and QR payments are accepted. Large-denomination banknotes require the advance-payment machine. Reservations are unavailable and continuous parking beyond one week is prohibited.
Closed days and year-end closure
Closed annually on 3–5 May and for city-hall equipment inspections. An additional closure is scheduled for 29–31 December 2026 for relocation work to the Hanare building.
