県庁前側から国際通りを歩く日は、県民広場地下駐車場へ車を置いて出かける方法があります。地下に車を置ける時間と、実際に入出場できる時間を分け、夜に戻る予定まで決めておきましょう。駐車後は地上へ上がって街へ向かう動線も確認してください。

国際通りへは地上を歩く
国際通りとパレットくもじから徒歩約1分の案内です。管理者はパレットくもじへの地下連絡通路はないと明示しています。駐車場から県民広場へ上がり、地上の横断歩道を使って移動してください。戻るときに使う歩行者入口も、車を置いた時点で確認しておくと動けます。
時間料金と夜間料金を分ける
四輪の時間料金にある最大1,500円を、夜を含む全利用時間の定額とは考えないようにしてください。23時～翌7時には別の宿泊料金が案内されています。二輪の時間料金は最初1時間100円、以後30分50円、最大500円です。日をまたぐ利用や複数泊では、予定した入出場時刻を管理室へ伝えて総額の計算条件を確かめましょう。
24時までの出庫と長期の利用
車両の入出場は6時～24時です。夜間駐車ができても、いつでも車を出せる案内ではありません。2026年9月の告知では、連続7日間以上の駐車は禁止、3日間を超える場合は入庫時に地下1階の中央管理室で申請する条件です。数日置く予定の方はこの条件も確認してください。
車の寸法と出口での精算
高さ・長さ・幅を、ルーフ用品などを含めた実際の車の寸法と照合してください。精算は車両出口の精算機で行い、事前精算機はありません。カードや電子マネーの対応がありますが、交通系電子マネーのうちOKICAは対象外です。利用する決済方法とサービス券の扱いは、出口での案内に沿って確かめてください。
参拝・食事・宿泊の駐車を分ける

For a walk along Kokusai-dori from the Kencho-mae side, consider leaving the car at Kenmin Hiroba Underground Parking. Distinguish continuous parking from the hours when vehicles can enter or leave. Plan collection and the route up to street level before heading into the city.

Use street level for the onward walk
The operator lists about one minute on foot from Kokusai-dori and Palette Kumoji. It explicitly says there is no underground connection to Palette Kumoji. Go up to Kenmin Hiroba and cross at the street-level pedestrian crossing. Check the pedestrian entrance for the return when leaving the car.
Distinguish time-based and overnight charges
The listed ¥1,500 car maximum should not be treated as a flat rate covering all overnight use. Separate overnight charges are listed for 23:00–07:00. Motorcycle time-based charges are ¥100 for the first hour, then ¥50 per 30 minutes, with a ¥500 maximum. Ask the office how your arrival and departure times affect a multi-day total.
Plan collection by midnight and longer stays
Vehicles can enter or leave from 06:00 to midnight. Overnight parking does not provide unrestricted vehicle access. A September 2026 notice prohibits parking for seven consecutive days or more and requires an application at the B1 central office on arrival for stays exceeding three days. Check these conditions for a longer stay.
Check dimensions and pay at the vehicle exit
Compare the limits with the actual vehicle including roof equipment. Pay at the machine at the vehicle exit; there is no advance-payment machine. Cards and electronic money are supported, but OKICA is excluded from transit electronic money. Check your payment method and validation-ticket procedure at the exit.
Plan parking for worship, dining and the stay
