伊勢神宮内宮（皇大神宮）｜宇治橋からの参拝と、季節の時間・御祈祷受付

五十鈴川にかかる宇治橋を渡り、玉砂利の参道から皇大神宮の正宮へ向かう内宮参拝。天照大御神をお祀りする内宮では、正宮と別宮、川沿いの御手洗場を歩く範囲に合わせて巡れます。季節ごとの参拝終了時刻と、御祈祷・授与品の受付を分けて組む予定です。

宇治橋から、正宮と別宮を選んで巡る

内宮は天照大御神をお祀りする皇大神宮です。宇治橋から参道を進み、手水舎や五十鈴川の御手洗場、正宮、荒祭宮・風日祈宮などを歩く範囲で選べます。公式のモデルコースは60分と90分を示し、御祈祷の所要時間は含みません。入口の宇治橋から正宮までは約20分の案内なので、到着時刻に境内を歩く時間を加えてください。

季節の閉門時刻と、授与所の時間を合わせる

参拝開始は5時で、終了は10～12月17時、1～4月・9月18時、5～8月19時です。正月中は変更があるため、その年の案内を確認してください。お神札・お守り・御朱印の授与は通常6時～18時、10～12月は参拝終了の17時まで。早朝5時の参拝と6時からの授与を分け、立ち寄る窓口に合わせて回れます。

御祈祷の受付と、祭典中の参道を確認する

御祈祷を申し込む場合は内宮神楽殿へ直接向かい、通常8時～15時30分に受付します。事前予約はできず、申込み順の案内です。御饌は初穂料5,000円以上・登殿5名まで、人数で変わる場合があるため受付で照合してください。通常の参拝と御祈祷の申込みを分け、祭典中の一部参道規制やモデルコースの立入り変更は当日の案内に従って巡れます。

バスと市営駐車を選び、訪問日の交通を照合する

伊勢市駅・宇治山田駅・五十鈴川駅などから、内宮方面の三重交通バスを選べます。神宮は51・55系統、CANばす、特急の案内を掲載しているため、乗る停留所と便を照合してください。車の場合は内宮A・B駐車場の入庫区分と空きを確認できます。正月や連休等のパーク＆バスライドは実施日限定の別方式で、通常の市営駐車条件とは分けて選べます。

おはらい町の休憩と、外宮側の滞在へつなぐ

車で来るなら内宮A1駐車場（伊勢市営内宮前第1駐車場）の入庫時刻と滞在時間を照合し、参拝後はおはらい町の赤福本店で休憩を組めます。伊勢外宮参道伊勢神泉は伊勢市駅・外宮側の別地区にある宿です。内宮と外宮の間は車やバス等の移動を見込み、宿の到着・食事開始と参拝終了を合わせてください。

Cross Uji Bridge over the Isuzu River and follow the gravel approach to Naiku’s main sanctuary, Kotaijingu, dedicated to Amaterasu Omikami. Choose a route through the main and subsidiary shrines and riverside purification area. Plan around seasonal closing times and separate reception for prayer services or sacred items.

Choose a route from Uji Bridge to the main and subsidiary shrines

Naiku is Kotaijingu, dedicated to Amaterasu Omikami. From Uji Bridge, select stops such as the purification basin, Isuzu River purification area, main sanctuary, Aramatsuri-no-miya and Kazahinomi-no-miya. Official model routes give 60- and 90-minute plans, excluding prayer services. The shrine lists about 20 minutes from Uji Bridge to the main sanctuary; allow for the walk after arrival.

Match seasonal closing with sacred-item counters

Visits begin at 05:00, ending at 17:00 October–December, 18:00 January–April and September, or 19:00 May–August. Check the current year’s New Year exceptions. Talismans, amulets and shrine seals are normally available 06:00–18:00, ending at 17:00 October–December. Coordinate a 05:00 visit separately from counters opening at 06:00.

Check prayer reception and access during ceremonies

For a prayer service, apply directly at Naiku Kaguraden, normally 08:00–15:30. Advance reservations are unavailable and applicants are guided in order. The Mike service starts with an offering of ¥5,000 for up to five participants; confirm changes for the party size. Plan the application separately from an ordinary shrine visit and follow access instructions during ceremonies or route changes.

Choose buses or municipal parking and check the day’s traffic

Mie Kotsu buses approach Naiku from stations including Iseshi, Ujiyamada and Isuzugawa. The shrine lists routes 51/55, CAN Bus and limited-stop services; check the stop and departure. Drivers can compare Naiku A/B lots’ entry conditions and availability. New Year or holiday park-and-bus-ride arrangements operate on specified dates with separate conditions.

Continue to Oharai-machi dining and a stay near Geku

For a driving visit, match arrival and stay length with Naiku A1 Municipal Parking, then consider a break at Akafuku Honten in Oharai-machi. Ise Geku Sando Ise Shinsen is in a separate district by Iseshi Station and Geku. Allow travel by car or bus between shrine areas, coordinating hotel arrival and meal starts with visiting hours.
