荷物のある日は2番出口の経路を確認する
みなとみらい線の元町・中華街駅は、1番出口が階段、2番出口がエレベーターの案内です。徒歩の目安はそれぞれ1分・2分。荷物や歩行条件に合わせて出口を選び、駅を出てからホテルへ向かう経路を公式アクセス図で確かめてください。
本館とタワー館の部屋を選ぶ
公式FAQは本館とタワー館の客室を分けて案内し、横浜港や山下公園などの眺望も客室ごとに異なるとしています。どの部屋でも同じ海景色が見えるとは考えず、予約する客室の向きや仕様を確認してください。ユニバーサル仕様の客室など、数の限られる設備は空室状況の相談が必要です。
14時・11時と、予約プランの指定を照合する
通常の客室時間は14時チェックイン・11時チェックアウトですが、時間指定や特典のあるプランは予約内容を使ってください。到着が24時を過ぎる場合は、連絡なしで予約が取り消される場合があるとの案内です。遅い到着が分かった時点でホテルへ連絡し、受付方法を確認できます。
宿泊駐車の終了時刻を、客室と分けて見る
宿泊の2,000円は、チェックインから翌日のチェックアウト時間の1時間後までを対象とします。延長は平日30分300円、土日祝・特別日30分350円。客室のチェックアウトを済ませれば、車をいつまででも同じ料金で置けるという条件ではありません。予約プランの時間と出庫予定を合わせて確認してください。

Check the lift route when travelling with luggage
At Motomachi-Chukagai on the Minatomirai Line, exit 1 uses stairs and exit 2 has a lift. Listed walks are about one and two minutes respectively. Choose the exit for luggage and mobility needs, then check the approach in the official access map.
Choose between main-building and tower rooms
The FAQ distinguishes main-building and tower rooms, with outlooks toward the port or park varying by room. Check the booked room’s orientation and facilities rather than expecting the same sea view throughout. Limited facilities such as universal-design rooms require checking availability.
Match the usual times with the booked plan
Usual times are 14:00 check-in and 11:00 check-out; follow any different times or benefits in the reservation. The hotel warns that an unannounced arrival after midnight may be treated as cancellation. Contact it when a late arrival becomes likely and check reception arrangements.
Check when the guest-parking period ends
The ¥2,000 guest period lasts from check-in until one hour after the following day’s check-out. Extensions are ¥300 per half-hour on weekdays or ¥350 on weekends, holidays and special dates. Match the booked plan’s times with the intended departure; parking is not unlimited after leaving the room.
