ホテルは金沢駅の鼓門を出て右手側に見える建物です。雨天は駅から地下道を通ってホテル内まで移動できると案内されています。利用する改札から地下道へ進む場所を公式アクセス図で確認し、荷物のある到着日はホテルまでの移動を先に済ませられます。

通常のチェックインは15時、チェックアウトは12時です。時間が異なる宿泊プランはその指定が優先されます。前後の荷物は1階ベルデスクで預かる案内があるため、早く着く日は荷物を預けてから観光へ向かう組み方もできます。部屋に入れる時刻は予約内容で確かめてください。
地下の提携駐車場と、宿泊料金の対象時間
