Nango Onsen Futabaya is a culinary ryokan beside the Seta River. River-view Japanese rooms combine with local kaiseki featuring Omi beef or freshwater fish and hot-spring bathing. It provides a bus-accessible base for travelling south from the Ishiyamadera area into Nango.

瀬田川を眺める和室と洋室
川を望む和室に加え、一人旅やビジネス利用にも向くバス・トイレ付きの洋室があります。和室は浴室・トイレ・洗面付きが基本ですが、一室はトイレのみのため部屋タイプで設備が変わります。Wi-Fiや冷蔵庫、冷暖房を備え、チェックインは16時から、チェックアウトは10時までです。
岩間山の源泉と二つの浴場
岩間寺の山中から湧く石山南郷温泉を使い、低温の源泉を加温・循環しています。二階のリバービュー温泉は男女各一か所、一階別棟の大浴場は朝夕で男女が入れ替わる方式です。どちらも16～22時30分と7～9時が入浴時間。別棟の男女割り当ては宿泊者の人数構成で変わります。
近江牛の会席と鯉料理
宿泊の竹コースは近江牛ステーキを中心にした会席、松コースは近江牛すき焼きとアワビ、梅コースは量を抑えた季節の食事という構成です。名物には鯉のあらい、煮付、鯉こくもあります。朝食は季節や仕入れで内容が変わる和朝食。食事処のパーテーション個室は事前の申し出が必要で、予約状況や人数によります。
南郷温泉停留所と団体送迎
JR石山駅から大石小学校行きのバスを利用し、「南郷温泉」で下車すると宿の前です。十名以上の団体はJR石山駅からの送迎を予約できます。車では京滋バイパス石山ICから約10分、瀬田西ICから約15分、瀬田東ICから約20分。普通車20台の駐車場があります。

Japanese river-view rooms and Western rooms
Alongside Japanese rooms overlooking the river, Western rooms with baths and toilets cater to solo and business travellers. Most Japanese rooms have bathrooms, toilets and washbasins, but one has a toilet without a bath. Rooms include Wi-Fi, refrigerators and air conditioning. Check-in starts at 16:00 and checkout is by 10:00.
Spring water from Mount Iwama and two bath areas
Ishiyama Nango spring water originates in the mountains around Iwamadera Temple and is heated and circulated. Second-floor river-view baths have separate men’s and women’s areas; the first-floor annex bath switches between men and women in the evening and morning. Bathing hours are 16:00–22:30 and 07:00–09:00. The annex allocation depends on the guest mix.
Omi beef kaiseki and carp dishes
The Take stay course centres on Omi beef steak, Matsu on Omi beef sukiyaki and abalone, and Ume on a lighter seasonal meal. Carp specialities include chilled slices, simmered carp and carp miso soup. Japanese breakfast varies with the season and supplies. Partitioned private dining requires advance arrangements and depends on availability and party size.
Nango Onsen bus stop and group transfers
Take a bus toward Oishi Elementary School from JR Ishiyama and alight at Nango Onsen, in front of the ryokan. Groups of ten or more can reserve transfers from JR Ishiyama Station. Driving takes about ten minutes from Ishiyama IC, fifteen from Seta-nishi or twenty from Seta-higashi. Parking accommodates twenty standard cars.
