公式FAQは、スタンダードツイン・スタンダードダブルから富士山を直接見ることはできないと案内しています。日本平ツインなどのガーデンサイドは富士山や駿河湾、芝生庭園の眺望の案内です。眺めたい方向と客室仕様を確認し、天候によって見え方が変わることも予定に入れてください。
日本平ツインの広さと、人数を照合する
日本平ツインは客室45㎡、バルコニー11㎡で、定員1～3名。バス・トイレ・洗面は独立式の案内です。他の客室へ同じ仕様を当てはめず、予約する部屋の設備表と人数を照合してください。追加ベッドなどを使う場合は、その部屋での受け入れ条件も確認できます。
無料シャトルの乗り場と運行表を確認する
静岡駅・東静岡駅から無料シャトルが運行され、通常は予約不要と案内されています。公式アクセスの時刻表と乗車場所を使い、列車を降りてから乗り場へ移動する時間を取ってください。大人数の場合はホテルへ相談する案内です。交通事情によって発車が遅れる場合もあります。
車での到着と、庭園へ出る時間
ホテルの駐車場は約160台で、無料・予約不要の案内です。清水側からは清水日本平パークウェイの利用を勧めています。庭園への出入口は安全確保のため22時～6時に閉じる案内があり、玄関やフロントの24時間対応とは分けて考えてください。予定の到着が遅くなる場合は事前に連絡できます。
展望施設と、丸子の食事へつなぐ
日本平夢テラスで館内を見学する方は、最終入館の時間とホテルへの移動を合わせて確認してください。丁子屋は丸子側への別の移動が必要です。駅周辺に車を置く旅には稲森パーキング本社の案内もあります。

Choose the appropriate room side for Mount Fuji
The FAQ says Standard Twin and Standard Double rooms do not directly face Mount Fuji. Garden-side types such as Nippondaira Twin list views toward Fuji, Suruga Bay and the lawn garden. Check the orientation and room features, allowing for weather-dependent visibility.
Match Nippondaira Twin features with the party
Nippondaira Twin lists a 45m² room, 11m² balcony and capacity of one to three, with separate bath, toilet and washbasin areas. Match the selected room’s features and occupancy rather than applying this specification to other types. Check extra-bed arrangements for that room if required.
Check the free shuttle’s stops and schedule
A free shuttle runs from Shizuoka and Higashi-Shizuoka stations, ordinarily without reservation. Use the official schedule and stop guide, allowing a walk from the train. Large parties are asked to consult the hotel; traffic may delay departures.
Plan driving arrival and garden access
Parking is listed at about 160 spaces, free without reservation. From the Shimizu side, the hotel recommends Shimizu Nihondaira Parkway. Garden entrances close from 22:00 to 06:00 for safety, separately from 24-hour reception and entrance service. Advise the hotel in advance of a delayed arrival.
Connect the terrace with a meal in Mariko
