地下歩行空間からホテルへ
札幌駅と大通駅を結ぶ地下歩行空間では、8番出入口横のホテル専用口を探す案内です。地上で歩く経路を選ぶ場合も、ホテルのどの入口へ向かうかを確認してください。到着時に荷物が多い方は、段差やエレベーターの経路を含めて移動方法を相談すると予定を組めます。
夜の帰り道は本館正面を確かめる
地下の専用口は24時～6時に閉鎖され、東館や別館の入口にも夜間の利用時間があります。公式FAQは深夜から早朝には本館1階の正面玄関を使うと案内しています。夕食を遅い時間に組む方は、昼に使った入口へ戻るだけの予定にせず、帰りの経路も確認しておきましょう。
人数と食事に合う滞在を選ぶ
客室の区分だけで選ぶより、人数、ベッド、朝食の有無と出発時刻を合わせて考えると必要なプランが見えてきます。札幌から次の地域へ早く出発する日と、市街地をゆっくり歩く日で、朝の過ごし方を変える組み方もできます。予約するプランの案内で総額と利用条件を確認してください。
駐車場の時間と車幅を照合する
宿泊の乗用車料金と、全幅1,850mm以上の大型車の料金は異なります。大型車の平面駐車は台数に限りがあるため、使用する車を伝えて確認してください。駐車場入口の西5丁目通は南行きの一方通行です。7時～23時の利用時間も、到着・出発の予定と合わせて確かめましょう。

昼間の見学は札幌市時計台、夕食は成吉思汗だるま 本店の案内を合わせて考えられます。車で街を訪ねる方は札幌大通地下駐車場の利用時間も比べ、宿泊中と観光中の車の置き場所を決めてください。

Use the underground approach
The hotel directs underground arrivals to its dedicated entrance beside Exit 8 between Sapporo and Odori stations. For a street-level approach, also check which hotel entrance you will use. Discuss lifts and step-free routes when planning an arrival with substantial luggage.
Check the main entrance for a late return
The underground entrance closes from midnight to 06:00, and east and annex entrances also have night-time arrangements. The FAQ directs late-night and early-morning arrivals to the main building’s first-floor front entrance. A late dinner needs a return route that accounts for those hours.
Choose the stay around guests and meals
Guest numbers, beds, breakfast and departure time help determine the package more clearly than a room category alone. A morning leaving Sapporo for another area and a slower city day may call for different breakfast plans. Check the total and conditions of the offer you reserve.
Compare parking hours and vehicle width
Ordinary guest-car charges differ from those for vehicles at least 1,850mm wide. Ground-level parking for larger vehicles is limited, so discuss the car you will use. Nishi 5-chome Street by the entrance runs one way south. Check the 07:00–23:00 hours against arrival and departure plans.
Connect a daytime visit with Susukino at night
