観海寺の高台にある杉乃井ホテルは、宙館・星館・虹館から客室を選ぶ温泉リゾートです。館と部屋によって利用できる温泉や食事の条件が変わります。2026年秋はアクアビートとアクアガーデンの時間も異なるため、宿泊プランの内容と設備の営業日を照合して滞在を組めます。

宙館・星館・虹館と、食事条件を選ぶ

宙館は高台の宿泊棟、星館は和の意匠を取り入れた客室、虹館にはロフトやスキップタイプなどがあります。人数とベッドの構成を部屋名で照合してください。食事会場は宿泊プランによって異なり、TERRACE＆DINING SORAは宙館宿泊者向けです。宿泊料金と食事の内容、通常15時～翌11時の客室利用に対するプランの指定を確認できます。

棚湯と宙湯の利用対象を分ける

棚湯はホテル宿泊者が利用でき、10月～3月下旬は6時～24時の案内です。宙館13階の宙湯は同時期6時～10時・15時～24時で、宙館宿泊者と星館の対象客室の宿泊者が利用できます。星館の対象はスタンダード洋室（海側）、スーペリア、デラックス、ジュニアスイート、スイートです。星館の全室が対象とは限らないため、予約する部屋の正式名で確かめてください。

2026年秋の2施設を、昼と夕方で組む

アクアビートは2026年11月1日まで営業予定で、10月1日～11月1日は11時～17時、最終入場16時・最終遊泳16時30分です。水着で利用する屋外温泉アクアガーデンは同期間17時～22時。宿泊者は両施設の利用料が宿泊料金に含まれますが、レンタル等は別料金です。

入室前の利用はフロントで到着手続きを済ませ、アクアビートのチェックアウト後利用は領収書かカードジャケットの提示で1回に限ります。2施設間は直接移動できず、受付で退館手続きが必要です。アクアビートでは小学生以下に18歳以上の保護者同伴が必要で、スライダーには別の利用制限があります。

泊まる館の到着場所と、無料シャトルを確認する

車で宙館へ泊まる場合はまず宙館玄関へ、星館は第5駐車場から連絡バス、虹館は隣接する第2駐車場という案内です。無料駐車とEV充電の料金は別条件。駅からの無料シャトルはJR別府駅西口（山側）のホテルフジヨシ駐車場が乗り場です。運行終了時刻は平日と土日祝で異なるため、到着日と帰りの便を照合してください。

鉄輪の熱泉見学と、北浜の食事を合わせる

鉄輪の海地獄は通常17時まで、北浜のとよ常本店は火・水曜休みで注文締切20時です。海側で車を置く別府市的ヶ浜駐車場はホテルの無料駐車と別料金。館内で過ごす時間と各地区への移動を分け、食事付きプランの場合は館内の食事とも重ならない予定を組めます。

Choose Sora, Hoshi or Niji and check meal arrangements

Sora occupies the hilltop, Hoshi incorporates Japanese design, and Niji includes loft and split-level room types. Compare named rooms with beds and occupancy. Dining venues vary by plan; TERRACE & DINING SORA serves Sora guests. Check the selected rate, meals and any variation from usual 15:00–11:00 room access.

Distinguish Tanayu and Sorayu eligibility

Hotel guests can use Tanayu, listed as 06:00–24:00 from October to late March. Sorayu on Sora’s 13th floor opens 06:00–10:00 and 15:00–24:00 in that period. It admits Sora guests and eligible Hoshi rooms: Standard Western-style Sea Side, Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite and Suite. Confirm the exact booked room; eligibility does not extend to every Hoshi room.

Plan the two autumn 2026 water facilities by time of day

AquaBeat is scheduled to operate through November 1, 2026. October 1–November 1 hours are 11:00–17:00, with final entry at 16:00 and swimming until 16:30. Swimsuit-only outdoor Aqua Garden opens 17:00–22:00 in that period. Admission is included for hotel guests; rentals cost extra.

Complete arrival procedures before pre-check-in use. Post-check-out AquaBeat entry is limited to once with a receipt or card jacket. Moving between facilities requires exit procedures at reception. AquaBeat requires an accompanying adult aged 18 or older for elementary-school children and younger; slides have separate restrictions.

Check the arrival point for the booked building and free shuttle

Sora guests arriving by car first use its entrance; Hoshi guests park in lot 5 and transfer by bus, while Niji uses adjacent lot 2. EV charging is separate from free parking. The station shuttle boards at Hotel Fujiyoshi’s parking area by JR Beppu Station’s west, mountain-side exit. Check the date’s timetable: weekday and weekend/holiday end times differ.

Combine Kannawa sightseeing with Kitahama dining

Kannawa’s Umi Jigoku normally closes at 17:00. Kitahama’s Toyotsune Main Store closes Tuesdays and Wednesdays and ends orders at 20:00. Coastal Beppu City Matogahama Parking charges separately from hotel parking. Allow travel and fit dining around any booked hotel meals.
