基本の白熊を、量と味で選ぶ
基本の白熊はレギュラー950円、ベビー700円です。自家製のミルクと蜜を削りたての氷にかけ、果物や豆類を盛り付ける菓子で、果物は季節で変わります。1階のメニューにはチョコレートやコーヒーなどの種類もあるため、食後の甘味か街歩きの休憩かに合わせ、量と味を選んで注文してください。
料理18時15分と、白熊18時30分を分ける
2026年10月1日更新の営業案内では、本店1・2階とも11時～19時で、料理は18時15分、白熊・ドリンクは18時30分ラストオーダーです。閉店19時に着けば注文できるという条件ではないため、食事をする日は料理の締切に合わせてください。不定休で季節や天候による変更もあり、訪問日の案内を確認できます。

店内で食べる白熊の予約は受け付けず、来店順に案内する方式です。1階入口左の窓口では削りたてのハンディ白熊、持ち帰り用カップの白熊も販売しています。テイクアウトは季節によって現金のみとなる案内があるため、希望する商品と支払い方法を窓口で確認してください。
本店の住所と、専用駐車場がない条件を合わせる
天文館本店は千日町5-8で、鹿児島中央駅のアミュプラザ店とは別施設です。本店に専用駐車場はなく、裏手や周辺の有料コインパーキングが案内されています。中心部のセラ602を選ぶ場合は、駐車場から店へ移動する時間を加え、料金や優待の有無を利用する駐車場の案内で確認してください。
仙巌園の見学と、城山での滞在へつなぐ
磯の仙巌園で見学を終えてから向かう日は、天文館までの移動と白熊の注文締切を合わせてください。高台のSHIROYAMA HOTEL kagoshimaに泊まる場合も、市街地とホテルの往復を予定に加えられます。各店の営業時間を同じとせず、本店の営業案内で到着時刻を決めてください。

Classic shirokuma costs ¥950 regular or ¥700 baby-sized. Freshly shaved ice receives the shop’s milk and syrup with fruit and beans, with fruit varying seasonally. The downstairs menu also lists chocolate and coffee versions. Match the portion and flavour with an after-meal dessert or walking break.
Distinguish 18:15 food and 18:30 shirokuma last orders
The October 1, 2026 update lists both main-store floors open 11:00–19:00, with food last orders at 18:15 and shirokuma/drinks at 18:30. Arriving at closing time does not allow an order. Match meal plans with the earlier deadline and check irregular, seasonal or weather changes.
Check dine-in and takeaway arrangements
Dine-in shirokuma cannot be reserved; seating follows arrival order. The window left of the downstairs entrance sells freshly shaved handy shirokuma, and takeaway cups are available. Takeaway payments may be cash-only seasonally; confirm the product and payment method at the counter.
Match the main-store address and parking arrangements
The main store is at 5-8 Sennichi-cho, separate from the Amu Plaza branch at the central station. It has no dedicated parking; paid lots behind and nearby are listed. If choosing central Sera 602, allow the onward walk and check that lot’s tariff and any applicable validation.
Connect Sengan-en sightseeing with a Shiroyama stay
After visiting Iso’s Sengan-en, allow travel to Tenmonkan before dessert last orders. A stay at hilltop SHIROYAMA HOTEL kagoshima also requires city-to-hotel travel. Use this main store’s hours when planning arrival; branches have different schedules.
