天文館周辺の街歩きや文化施設への訪問に使う、中央公園地下のセラ602。正式名は鹿児島中央地下駐車場で、鹿児島中央駅の駐車場とは場所が異なります。時間料金と購入式のサービス券、深夜の留置を分けて確認し、車へ戻る時刻を選んでください。

時間料金と、深夜に車を置く料金を分ける

7時～深夜0時は30分150円、深夜0時～7時は300円（税込）です。深夜料金があっても、その時間帯は入庫・出庫ができません。夜の食事後に帰る予定や、早朝に車を出す予定は7時～0時の営業時間に合わせてください。24時間いつでも出入りできる駐車場としては使えません。

12時間1,000円は、券を購入するサービスとして使う

1日の最大料金は設定されていません。2時間500円・12時間1,000円・18時間1,500円は、地下1階受付・案内所の券売機で購入するサービス券です。現金のみで、使い切り・おつりなし、交換・払戻しなしという条件があります。一般精算も現金または当社サービス券のみの案内なので、滞在時間に合う券と支払いを確認してください。

車の寸法と、歩行者の出入口を確認する

基本案内の車両寸法は車長5m・車幅2m以内です。車高は料金ページのFAQで2.1m以上入庫不可とされるため、境界の寸法や装備を含め管理室へ確認してください。自動二輪・原付は利用できず、駐車スペースの予約もできません。天文館側と宝山ホール側にはエレベーター・スロープ・事前精算機の案内があります。

子育て支援の券は、対象者と除外日を確かめる

2026年9月1日から、子育て支援パスポートの優待は30分無料サービス券になりました。中学生以下の子どもの同伴が条件で、精算前に子どもと地下1階受付・案内所へ行き、駐車券とパスポートを提示します。サマーナイト大花火大会当日、おはら祭本まつりの11月3日、12月31日～1月3日は提供されないため、旅行日に適用されるか確認してください。

天文館の白熊と、磯・城山への移動を組み立てる

天文館むじゃき本店は白熊の注文締切18時30分に合わせて向かえます。磯の仙巌園や高台のSHIROYAMA HOTEL kagoshimaは別エリアです。車を出して移動するか、中心部に置いて交通機関を使うかを選び、帰りの入出庫時刻を合わせてください。

Use Sera 602 beneath Central Park for Tenmonkan walks and cultural visits. Formally Kagoshima Chuo Underground Parking, it is in a different location from central-station parking. Compare time charges, purchased service tickets and overnight storage, then choose when to return to the car.

Separate time charges from overnight storage

Charges are ¥150 per 30 minutes from 07:00 to midnight and ¥300 from midnight to 07:00, including tax. Overnight pricing does not permit entry or exit during those hours. Match evening meals or early departures with 07:00–midnight access.

Purchase a ticket for the 12-hour ¥1,000 service

There is no daily maximum. Two-hour ¥500, 12-hour ¥1,000 and 18-hour ¥1,500 offers are service tickets purchased with cash at the B1 reception machine. They are single-use, give no change and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Ordinary payment also accepts only cash or the operator’s tickets.

Check vehicle size and pedestrian exits

The basic guide lists vehicle length up to 5m and width up to 2m. The tariff FAQ disallows heights of 2.1m or more; confirm borderline dimensions and attachments with management. Motorcycles, mopeds and space reservations are unavailable. Tenmonkan-side and Hozan Hall-side exits list elevators, ramps and prepayment machines.

Check eligibility and excluded dates for family support tickets

From September 1, 2026, the parenting-pass benefit is a 30-minute free ticket. Visit B1 reception before payment with a child of junior-high age or younger, presenting the parking ticket and pass. It is unavailable on the Summer Night fireworks day, November 3’s Ohara main festival and December 31–January 3.

Plan Tenmonkan dessert and onward travel to Iso or Shiroyama

Tenmonkan Mujaki Main Store ends shirokuma orders at 18:30. Iso’s Sengan-en and hilltop SHIROYAMA HOTEL kagoshima are separate areas. Choose driving onward or leaving the car for public transport, coordinating access on return.
