うな丼とうな重の予算を決める
うな丼4,700円、うな重6,000円、白重6,100円がメニューの例です。上丼・上重などもあり、うなぎは目方で盛り付けられます。
予約は店舗へ直接電話する
予約枠は昼11時30分・12時30分、夜17時15分・18時30分で、1人でも予約できます。受付は店への直接電話のみで、外部の予約サイトやアプリで手続きしても、店の予約として確認されません。混雑時は電話に出られないこともあります。予約できた日時と人数を控え、変更が必要になったら店舗へ連絡してください。
順番票は指定時刻に全員で戻る
予約が取れなかった場合は、当日の順番票を利用する方法があります。受付は昼10時から、夜17時からで、票に記載された時間に再来店します。名前を呼ばれたときに不在だと順番が取り消され、人数が揃わない場合は揃った組が先に案内されます。ずっと列に並ぶ必要はありませんが、戻る時刻を過ぎるような遠出は避けましょう。
支払いと駐車サービスを用意する
クレジットカードは利用できません。対象のPクーポン加盟駐車場では、2名以上の飲食で1万円ごとに車1台分300円、1名では5,000円以上で300円のサービスがあります。会計時に駐車券をご提示ください。
待ち時間と駅周辺観光を合わせる
観光には浜松市楽器博物館、宿泊にはオークラアクトシティホテル浜松があります。車の場合は市営駅北駐車場も候補ですが、店の隣ではありません。徒歩移動も含めて食事の時刻に戻れる行程を組み、売切れによる終了や火・水曜の定休にも注意してください。

Choose a bowl or boxed eel meal
Menu examples include unadon at ¥4,700, unaju at ¥6,000 and shiraju at ¥6,100. Other bowl and box options are available; eel portions are measured by weight.
Book directly by telephone
Reservation slots are 11:30 and 12:30 for lunch, and 17:15 and 18:30 for dinner; solo diners can book too. Reservations must be made directly by phone. The restaurant does not recognize bookings made through outside reservation sites or apps. Calls may go unanswered during busy service. Keep a record of the agreed time and party size.
Return together at your queue-ticket time
If you cannot reserve, same-day queue tickets are issued from 10:00 for lunch and 17:00 for dinner. Return at the time printed on the ticket. Absence when called cancels your turn, and complete parties may be seated before groups still waiting for members. You can leave while waiting, but avoid an outing that risks missing your return time.
Prepare payment and parking tickets
Credit cards are not accepted. At participating P-Coupon car parks, groups of two or more receive a ¥300 voucher for one car per ¥10,000 spent, while solo diners receive ¥300 for spending of ¥5,000 or more. Present your parking ticket when paying.
Coordinate dining with station-area sightseeing
Consider the Museum of Musical Instruments and a stay at Okura Act City Hotel Hamamatsu. Drivers can also consider municipal Eki-kita Parking, which is not next door to the restaurant. Include walking time in your schedule, and remember Tuesday–Wednesday closures and the possibility of early sellout.
