基本の客室利用時間は15時から翌11時までです。朝食付きか素泊まりかを予約時に確認し、翌朝の列車に合う方を選びましょう。フィガロの朝食は6時30分～10時30分、ブッフェ終了は10時です。閉店直前まで料理を取れるわけではないため、出発の支度と食事の時間を別々に見込むと、慌てずに過ごせます。
メイワン改札の利用時間に注意する
JR浜松駅のメイワン改札口（東口）からは、屋根付き通路を通って徒歩約3分です。この改札の通行時間は6時～21時15分で、乗車券やICカードの条件によって通り抜けられない場合があります。早朝・夜間や条件に合わない場合は、1階の改札からの経路を選んでください。駅から近いホテルでも、使う改札によって歩く道は変わります。
地下駐車場はフロントで宿泊処理する
アクトシティ地下駐車場は6時～24時で、高さ制限は2.2m。一般料金は20分100円ですが、宿泊客は1室につき車1台、1泊1,000円です。駐車券をフロントへ持参して手続きをしてください。ホテルへはBゾーンが便利で、専用エリアもありますが予約制ではありません。深夜の到着や出発を予定する場合は、ホテルの代表電話053-459-0111へ入出庫方法を先に相談しましょう。
楽器の見学とうなぎの食事へ
周辺の浜松市楽器博物館を観光に、うなぎ料理 あつみを食事に組み込めます。市営駅北駐車場はホテル地下とは別施設で、宿泊の1,000円料金は適用されません。ホテルに車を置くか、目的地に合わせて移すかを決め、食事の予約時刻と見学の終了時刻を合わせて計画してください。

Choose room layout and views
Choose among single, twin, double and suite categories to match your party and bedding needs. Rooms occupy floors 32–44, but outlook varies by direction and category. If views are a priority, check whether your plan guarantees a particular orientation. All rooms have been nonsmoking since January 2026, including heated tobacco and electronic cigarettes.
Choose whether to include breakfast
Standard room use runs from 15:00 to 11:00 the following day. Check whether breakfast is included and choose around your morning train. Figaro breakfast runs 06:30–10:30, with the buffet ending at 10:00. Allow separate time for eating and packing rather than expecting buffet service until closing.
Check access through the May One gate
A covered route takes about three minutes from the JR station’s May One east gate. That gate operates from 06:00 to 21:15, and ticket or IC-card conditions can restrict passage. Use a route from the ground-floor gates outside those hours or when your ticket is ineligible. The walking route depends on the exit used.
Validate guest parking at reception
Act City underground parking operates 06:00–24:00 with a 2.2 m height limit. Standard parking is ¥100 per twenty minutes; guests pay ¥1,000 per night for one car per room after presenting the ticket at reception. Zone B is convenient, with some hotel spaces, but reservations are unavailable. Call 053-459-0111 ahead about late-night arrival or departure access.
Plan instruments and local dining
Visit the nearby Museum of Musical Instruments and consider a meal at Unagi Atsumi. Municipal Eki-kita Parking is separate from the hotel’s underground facility and does not receive its ¥1,000 guest rate. Decide where to leave your car and coordinate museum time with your dining reservation.
