朱鷺メッセや佐渡への旅で車を置く万代島駐車場は、A～Eの複数区画に分かれます。高層ビル内の民間駐車場は別の施設です。利用する車、目的地、航路や宿の優待に合わせ、区画と精算方法を選んでください。

A～Eと、ビル内駐車場を見分ける
A～Eは朱鷺メッセ周辺の駐車場です。万代島ビル内の民間駐車場へ同じ料金表を当てはめないでください。Cは対象者専用です。目的地に合わせて公式の区画図と現地の案内を見て、駐車後に歩く経路を確認できます。
佐渡航路の割引は、駐車券を認証する
佐渡へ渡る利用者は、入場から24時間当たり最大800円の案内です。駐車券を佐渡へ持参し、両津港ターミナル2階の料金適用認証機で認証してから精算します。到着時・出発時のどちらか1回で、「認」の印字を確認してください。連続10日を超える駐車はできない条件です。
車体の大きさと、Eの高さを確認する
A～Dは幅2.0m・長さ5.1m以下、Eはさらに高さと重量の制限があります。幅2.0mを超え2.5m以下、または長さ5.1mを超え12m以下の車はBランプ下の大型車案内を確認してください。現地の進入表示も照合できます。
大型車は予約と、8時～21時の入出場を確認する
大型車は事前予約制でBランプ下を使用し、1台1日2,100円、日付が変わるごとに加算される案内です。入出場は8時～21時で、申し込み時に確認した時刻に係員が門扉を開閉します。催事や冬の天候で利用できない場合があるため、普通車の24時間利用とは別に確認してください。
宿泊の優待と、対岸・駅南への移動を合わせる
ホテル日航新潟の宿泊優待は宿側で手続きを確認してください。対岸のみなとぴあや駅南の政家への移動は別に必要です。万代島を拠点に歩く時間と、車へ戻る予定を組めます。
Bandaijima’s A–E lots serve Toki Messe and journeys to Sado across several areas. Parking inside the high-rise building is a separate facility. Choose a lot and payment procedure for the vehicle, destination and any ferry or hotel validation.

Identify A–E separately from building parking
A–E are the surrounding lots, with separate tariffs from private building parking. C is reserved for eligible users. Choose a lot from the official area map and local signs, then plan the walk.
Validate the ticket for Sado ferry rates
Sado travellers receive a maximum ¥800 per 24 hours from entry. Take the ticket to Ryotsu Port terminal’s second-floor validation machine on arrival or departure, once, and check its validation mark before payment. Continuous parking beyond ten days is prohibited.
Check dimensions and E’s height limit
A–D list width up to 2.0m and length up to 5.1m; E adds height and weight limits. Wider vehicles up to 2.5m or longer ones up to 12m should check B-ramp large-vehicle arrangements and entrance signs.
Reserve large-vehicle parking and check 08:00–21:00 access
Large vehicles require advance reservation at B-ramp, at ¥2,100 per calendar day. Access is 08:00–21:00, with staff opening gates at agreed times. Events or winter weather can restrict availability; ordinary 24-hour access does not apply.
Match hotel validation with onward travel
Confirm guest validation with Hotel Nikko Niigata. Allow separate travel to Minatopia across the river or Matsuriya south of the station, and plan the return to the car.
