景色の方向と、人数に合うツインを選ぶ
デラックスツインは32㎡で1～3名、日本海や信濃川、市街地の眺望を案内しています。コーナーデラックスツインは35㎡で1～2名、2面の窓から新潟港方面を望むタイプです。眺望と定員は部屋ごとに異なるため、同じツインの名称でも仕様を照合してください。
朱鷺メッセとの接続と、客室への移動
朱鷺メッセへは2階から接続し、会議やイベントの前後にホテルへ戻る予定を組めます。館内の主要動線はエレベーター利用の案内です。ユニバーサルルームもありますが室数に限りがあるため、必要な客室と設備は予約時に確認してください。
新潟駅から、朱鷺メッセのバス停へ
アクセス案内は新潟駅バスターミナル17番線から佐渡汽船系統「朱鷺メッセ・佐渡汽船」線に乗り、「朱鷺メッセ」下車の経路です。乗車約14分の目安ですが、利用日の時刻表と停留所を確認してください。駅万代口から車・タクシーなら約8分の案内です。
ホテル駐車と、周辺の駐車場を照合する
宿泊の普通車は当日14時～翌11時で1泊1,500円（税込）の案内です。万代島ビル内の駐車場と周辺のA～E駐車場が案内され、ホテル地下が満車の場合は周辺駐車場の利用を勧めています。ホテル利用時の優待手続きと、万代島駐車場の一般料金を分けて確認してください。
みなとぴあと、駅南の食事に向かう
対岸のみなとぴあは本館休館中で、旧税関・旧銀行の公開範囲を確認できます。駅の南側にある政家 新潟駅南店へ食事に向かう日は、万代島から駅周辺へ移動する時間を加えてください。

Deluxe Twin lists 32m² for one to three, with sea, river and city outlooks. Corner Deluxe Twin lists 35m² for one or two, with two windows toward Niigata Port. Compare the selected type’s outlook and occupancy.
Use the Toki Messe connection and room access
The floor-2 connection allows a return to the hotel around events or meetings. Major internal routes use elevators. Universal rooms are available in limited numbers; confirm the required room and facilities when arranging the stay.
Travel from the station to the Toki Messe stop
The guide uses station bus-terminal stop 17 for the Toki Messe/Sado Kisen service, alighting at Toki Messe, with about 14 minutes aboard. Check stops and schedules for the date. Car or taxi travel from the Bandaiguchi side is estimated at eight minutes.
Compare hotel and surrounding parking
Guest car parking lists ¥1,500 including tax for 14:00–11:00. The hotel identifies building parking and nearby A–E lots, recommending surrounding lots when its underground area fills. Check guest validation separately from Bandaijima Parking’s ordinary tariff.
Connect Minatopia with station-south dining
Across the river, Minatopia’s main museum is closed; check the historic buildings available. Allow travel back to the station area for Matsuriya Ekinan, south of the station.
