料金は最初の30分が無料で、その後は30分までごと150円、当日最大750円です。上限は入庫から24時間という区切りではなく、当日24時までごとに適用する案内。日付をまたぐ予定は、その区切りを含めて現地精算案内を照合してください。収容247台の立体自走式で、24時間営業ですが空き区画は当日の状況によります。
鉄道利用500円は、指定券と駅での購入手続きが条件
パーク＆ライドはびわこ大花火大会の日を除き毎日実施。市の手順は、びわ湖浜大津駅で対象乗車券を購入し、駅構内の定期券うりばで駐車券と乗車券を示して1日駐車サービス券を500円で購入する流れです。対象は京都市営地下鉄の御陵以遠（御陵駅を除く）への乗車券、大津線湖都古都1日乗車券、比叡山・大津線きっぷ。地下鉄への乗車券はIC・磁気カードも可とされているため、使用券の扱いは駅で確認できます。出庫時は駐車券、サービス券の順に投入し、券の種類と購入手続きを合わせてください。
障害者・公共施設の無料枠は、証明と手続きを合わせる
障害者の割引は追加2時間無料で、最初の30分と合わせて2時間30分まで無料です。駐車券と障害者手帳を1階管理室へ持参するか、出庫時のカメラ付きインターホンで両方を示して手続きを受けます。管理室の受付は10時～19時。浜大津の公共施設利用者には追加1時間無料の案内がありますが、対象施設と手続きは利用先へ確認してください。
車高と、2026年末の回数券期限を確認する
市の案内では車高2.1mを超える車両は利用できません。車両寸法や特殊車両の受入れは管理者へ確認できます。市の公共駐車場の回数券等は、券面に期限があるかどうかにかかわらず2026年12月31日を有効期限とする案内です。これは券の期限で、駐車場そのものの営業終了とはされていません。通常の時間料金と、回数券や鉄道サービス券の条件を分けて精算してください。
湖岸、三井寺、大谷町を目的地ごとに組む
湖岸の琵琶湖ホテルにはホテル専用の駐車優待があり、この公共駐車場と料金を分けて選べます。三井寺（園城寺）は三井寺駅から徒歩の経路や寺の有料駐車場、逢坂山かねよ レストランは京津線大谷駅側への別移動を組んでください。浜大津、寺、大谷町の地区ごとの移動を見込み、目的地の受付・営業時間と帰りの鉄道を照合できます。

The first 30 minutes are free, followed by ¥150 for each started 30-minute period, capped at ¥750 per calendar day. The boundary is midnight, rather than 24 hours after arrival. For stays crossing midnight, check the calculation at the facility. This 247-space self-drive garage opens 24 hours; availability depends on the day.
¥500 rail parking requires eligible tickets and station purchase
Park-and-ride runs daily except the Lake Biwa fireworks day. The city’s procedure starts with purchasing an eligible rail ticket at Biwako-hamaotsu Station, then showing it and the parking ticket at the commuter-pass counter to buy a ¥500 one-day parking service ticket. Eligible tickets cover Kyoto Subway destinations beyond Misasagi, excluding Misasagi itself; the Otsu Line Koto-koto one-day pass; or the Hieizan–Otsu Line ticket. IC and magnetic cards are also accepted for the subway option; confirm how your ticket is handled at the station. At exit, insert the parking ticket then the service ticket.
Match disability or public-facility benefits with the procedure
The disability benefit adds two free hours, making 2 hours 30 minutes with the initial allowance. Present the parking ticket and disability certificate at the first-floor office, or show both through the exit machine’s camera intercom. Office reception is 10:00–19:00. Hamaotsu public-facility users may receive another free hour; confirm the eligible facility and procedure at the place visited.
Check vehicle height and end-2026 ticket expiry
The city excludes vehicles over 2.1 m high. Confirm other dimensions or unusual vehicles with the manager. Municipal parking coupon and related tickets expire December 31, 2026 regardless of whether an expiry is printed. This notice concerns tickets; it does not establish closure of the garage. Distinguish ordinary time charges from coupon and rail-service conditions.
Plan lakefront, Miidera and Otani-cho visits by destination
Lakeside Biwako Hotel has separate hotel parking benefits to compare with this garage. For Miidera (Onjoji), choose the walk from Miidera Station or paid temple parking. Osakayama Kaneyo Restaurant requires a separate trip toward Otani on the Keishin Line. Coordinate destination hours and return trains when choosing the route.
