フラワーロードと東遊園地の地下にある神戸市立三宮駐車場は、北入口が工事で閉鎖中です。南入口から入り、場内の通路で北側へも移動できる案内があります。24時間の入出庫と、当日24時までの最大料金を確認し、周辺の歩道・地下通路の迂回を含めて街歩きや食事の予定を組んでください。

北入口閉鎖中は南入口へ、北側区画とは区別する
正式施設は神戸市立三宮駐車場で、指定管理は神戸電鉄G・タイムズG共同事業体です。2026年4月の案内は北入口閉鎖中・南入口から入場・場内北側への通路ありとしています。北入口の閉鎖を北側区画の全面休業と読み替えないでください。「三宮中央通り駐車場」は別施設です。名前と入口を照合し、工事中の現地表示に合わせて進入できます。
最大料金は当日24時まで、翌日分を加える
普通車は30分250円、平日は当日1日最大1,200円、土日祝は1,800円で、いずれも24:00までです。入庫から24時間の上限ではなく、日をまたぐと翌日分が別に加わります。2026年4月に料金が変わっており、旧料金や南北で別だった料金を使わず、現在の表示を確認してください。長時間や連泊で車を置く場合は、出庫予定日の曜日も照合できます。
車体寸法と、工事・マラソンの動線を確認する
車体制限は全長5.0m・全幅1.9m・全高2.0mです。屋根の装備や荷物も含めて高さを照合してください。市役所周辺の歩道・地下通路は工事による一部閉鎖があり、フラワーロード西側歩道の一部規制は2027年10月31日までの予定です。通常24時間入出庫でも、2026年11月15日は神戸マラソン規制で利用できない時間帯が発生する可能性があるとの市の案内です。訪問日の迂回と交通規制を確認してください。
二輪と、王子動物園の期間限定優待を分ける
自動二輪は南側のみ1日1回410円、原付は利用不可の案内です。普通車の料金と区別して入口を確かめてください。2026年9月19日～11月29日の土日祝は、ここに車を置いて公共交通などで王子動物園へ行き、駐車券を同園管理事務所で処理すると5時間無料のキャンペーンがあります。三宮の観光・食事全般が無料になる制度ではなく、三宮中央通り駐車場は対象外です。
山側の庭、三宮のステーキ、島の宿へつなぐ
神戸布引ハーブ園／ロープウェイへは新神戸まで別の移動が必要です。神戸牛すてーきIshida. 本店は三宮駅の北側にあり、店まで歩く時間を加えられます。神戸ポートピアホテルはポートアイランドで、宿泊駐車は別の条件です。市中心部に車を置く予定と、各施設の利用時刻を合わせて選んでください。

Use the south entrance and distinguish it from northern spaces
The facility is Kobe Municipal Sannomiya Parking, operated by a joint designated manager. Its April 2026 notice directs vehicles to the south entrance with an internal passage toward northern spaces. A closed north entrance does not establish closure of all northern parking. Sannomiya Chuo-dori Parking is separate; check the name, entrance and on-site works signs.
Apply the cap to midnight and allow for the next day
Cars cost ¥250 per 30 minutes, capped at ¥1,200 on weekdays or ¥1,800 on weekends/public holidays until 24:00. This is not a cap for 24 hours from entry; next-day charges apply after midnight. Rates changed in April 2026. Check current signs and the departure day when parking across dates.
Check vehicle dimensions, works and marathon access
Limits are 5.0m long, 1.9m wide and 2.0m high, including rooftop fittings and loads. Works restrict some City Hall-side pavements and underground passages; restrictions on part of Flower Road’s west-side pavement are scheduled through October 31, 2027. Despite ordinary 24-hour access, the city warns of possible unavailable periods during Kobe Marathon restrictions on November 15, 2026. Check the day’s detours.
Distinguish motorcycles from the seasonal zoo validation
Motorcycles use the south area at ¥410 per day per entry; mopeds are excluded. Check access separately from car tariffs. On weekends/holidays September 19–November 29, 2026, visitors who park here, travel to Oji Zoo and validate the ticket at its management office can receive five free hours. This does not cover general city sightseeing or dining, and excludes Sannomiya Chuo-dori Parking.
Connect hillside gardens, Sannomiya steak and the island hotel
Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens and Ropeway needs onward travel to Shin-Kobe. Kobe Steak Ishida Main Store is north of Sannomiya Station, requiring a walk. Kobe Portopia Hotel is on Port Island with separate guest parking terms. Coordinate city-centre parking with each visit.
