本館のフロアと、南館のベッド構成を選ぶ
南館サウスリゾートフロアのツイン・トリプルは38.5㎡にバルコニーを備え、トリプルなどには追加ベッドの案内があります。同じフロアにはフォースや和洋室などもあり、人数に合わせて客室名を選べます。本館のOVAL CLUBは専用ラウンジでティータイム・アペリティフ・朝食を含む滞在の案内です。全宿泊者に同じ特典が付くとは限らないので、予約した部屋とサービスを照合してください。
15時の到着と、10月の混雑予想を照合する
通常は15:00チェックイン・11:00チェックアウトで、一部の時間指定プランは別条件です。公式ホームページ予約の1時間レイトチェックアウト特典にも除外日・対象外プランがあります。2026年10月21～24日、28日、31日は15:00～17:00頃の混雑予想が掲載されています。混雑時は整理券を配り待つ場合があります。到着前後の荷物は本館1階クロークで預かる案内があり、移動や食事までの余裕を加えられます。
市民広場駅と、三宮・新神戸のシャトルを使う
最寄りはポートライナー市民広場駅です。ホテルと三宮・新神戸を結ぶ無料シャトルは予約制ではなく、宿泊以外の利用者も乗車できる案内です。定員40名で満席なら次便となり、道路状況で遅れる場合があります。三宮から約20分、新神戸から約30分が目安ですが、時刻表と乗り場は利用日確認にしてください。観光後の帰りも最終便と電車の時刻を合わせて選べます。
宿泊の駐車期間と、14時の出庫期限を確認する
立体駐車場は約450台、車高2.1mまでで、予約制ではありません。宿泊は1泊ごと1,000円、4泊以上4,000円で、OVAL CLUB・スイート・駐車無料特典付きプランは別の案内です。チェックイン当日は何時からでも入庫可能、宿泊中は何度でも出庫でき、出発日は14:00までに出す条件です。それ以降は基本料金30分300円が加算されます。駐車券を持参し利用施設で処理を受け、背の高い車や大型車は正面玄関で相談してください。
山の庭、三宮の食事、市中心部の駐車へ出かける
神戸布引ハーブ園／ロープウェイは新神戸側で、島から別の移動が必要です。神戸牛すてーきIshida. 本店は三宮側の食事先。神戸市立三宮駐車場はホテル駐車場と別施設で、北入口が閉鎖中です。電車・シャトルで出かけるか車を動かすかを選び、それぞれの利用条件を確かめてください。

Choose a Main Building floor or South Building bed arrangement
South Resort Twin/Triple rooms offer 38.5m² plus a balcony, with extra-bed arrangements. Other choices include four-person and Japanese-Western rooms. Main Building OVAL CLUB lists lounge tea, aperitif service and breakfast as included. Check benefits for the booked floor and room rather than assuming they cover every guest.
Match 15:00 check-in with October congestion notices
Usual check-in is 15:00 and check-out 11:00, subject to time-specific plans. The official-site one-hour late-check-out benefit has excluded dates and plans. The October 2026 notice predicts queues around 15:00–17:00 on October 21–24, 28 and 31, possibly using numbered waiting tickets. Luggage storage at the Main Building ground-floor cloakroom helps plan time around arrival.
Use Shimin Hiroba Station and Sannomiya/Shin-Kobe shuttles
The nearest station is Shimin Hiroba on the Port Liner. Free shuttles connect Sannomiya and Shin-Kobe without reservations and also accept non-staying visitors. Capacity is 40; a full bus means waiting for the next, and traffic can delay arrival. Estimates are 20 minutes from Sannomiya or 30 from Shin-Kobe. Check stops, timetables and the return journey.
Check guest parking duration and the 14:00 exit deadline
The structure lists about 450 spaces, height 2.1m, without reservations. Guest rates are ¥1,000 per night or ¥4,000 for four or more nights, with separate free-parking benefits for OVAL CLUB, suites or eligible plans. Enter any time on arrival day, leave repeatedly during the stay, and exit by 14:00 on departure day. Later use adds ¥300 per 30 minutes. Carry the ticket for validation; discuss tall or large vehicles at the main entrance.
Visit hillside gardens, Sannomiya dining and city-centre parking
Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens and Ropeway requires travel to Shin-Kobe. Kobe Steak Ishida Main Store is in Sannomiya. Kobe Municipal Sannomiya Parking is separate from hotel parking and has a closed north entrance. Choose rail, shuttle or driving under each facility’s conditions.
