表小路の車両入口を確認する
市の周辺図は、表小路の車両入口を案内しています。大きな車やルーフ用品付きの車は、実際の高さを2.0mの制限と照合してください。駐車後は歩行者用の出入口を確認し、帰りにも同じ場所へ戻れるよう、車を置いた区画と入口を覚えておきましょう。
夜間料金でも、出庫は22時30分まで
夜間料金は21時～翌8時の1,200円ですが、通常の入出庫は7時30分～22時30分です。深夜に車を取り出す予定にはできないため、食事やイベントが終わる時刻と戻る移動を先に決めてください。管理者は大型イベント時の延長営業があると案内していますが、利用日の個別告知を確認して判断しましょう。
現金と駐車券を用意する
市の案内ではキャッシュレス決済は使えません。精算に使う現金を用意してください。駐車券はスマートフォンのケースや磁気の強い場所でデータが読み取れなくなる場合があるため、別に保管します。料金や券の処理で困ったときは管理室で確認してください。
買い物のサービス券を確かめる
対象店舗の買い物や食事でもらう「まちくるチケット」に対応しています。店舗ごとの発行条件と、受け取った券で割り引かれる内容を確認してください。市役所などで用務のある方の無料処理は別の条件です。観光や買い物だけで来る方は、来庁者向けの無料時間をそのまま予定に入れないようにしましょう。
観光・駅の食事・宿泊をつなぐ
瑞鳳殿には観覧者用駐車場があるため、市街地の買い物とは移動を分けられます。司 東口店で食事する方は、駅東側までの往復を考えて出庫時刻を決めてください。ホテルメトロポリタン仙台の宿泊駐車と比較し、滞在中の車の置き場所を選べます。

Check the vehicle entrance on Omote-koji
The municipal map shows the vehicle entrance on Omote-koji. Compare actual height, including roof equipment, with the 2.0m limit. After parking, check the pedestrian exit and note both the parking section and entrance for the return.
Night charges do not extend vehicle access
The ¥1,200 night period is 21:00–08:00, while usual vehicle access is 07:30–22:30. Plan the end of dinner or an event and the return journey accordingly. The operator mentions extended hours for major events; rely on the notice for your date.
Prepare cash and keep the ticket safe
The municipal guide says cashless payment is unavailable, so prepare cash. Keep the parking ticket away from a phone case or strong magnetic sources to avoid unreadable data. Ask the office about charges or ticket processing if needed.
Check shopping validation conditions
The car park accepts Machikuru tickets issued by participating shops and restaurants. Check each shop’s issue conditions and the validation received. Municipal-office visitor validation has separate eligibility; do not budget that free period for an ordinary sightseeing or shopping visit.
Connect sightseeing, a station meal and accommodation
