駅のデッキから1階のフロントへ
仙台駅2階の西口からペデストリアンデッキへ出て、左へ進む案内です。ホテル2階の入口から入った場合、フロントは1階にあります。荷物の多い方や階段を避けたい方は、エレベーターを含む経路を先に確認すると到着の予定を組めます。東口のメトロポリタン仙台イーストとは所在地が異なります。
荷物を置いてから見学へ
チェックイン前とチェックアウト後の荷物預かりは1階ベルキャプテンデスクで案内されています。瑞鳳殿へ行く日は、季節の最終入館から逆算して宿と見学の順番を決めてください。早く客室へ入る必要がある場合は、荷物預かりとは別にアーリーチェックインの条件を確かめましょう。
2026年4月以降の駐車料金を使う
2026年4月1日の改定後、宿泊駐車は13時～翌13時の1泊2,000円、対象時間の前後は30分400円追加です。駐車場の予約は受け付けていない案内で、館内施設の利用者向けです。車だけを一泊預ける利用はできません。提携駐車場へ案内された場合は、駐車券の処理方法をフロントで確認してください。
部屋と朝食、総額を照合する
人数とベッドの条件、朝食、チェックアウトの時刻を選ぶプランで照合してください。ホテルは2026年1月13日以降の宿泊税について別の案内を出しています。食事や税を含む総額と駐車費用を分けて確認し、翌朝の列車や空港への移動に合う滞在を組んでください。
東口の食事と中心部の街歩き
夕食に牛たん焼専門店 司 東口店を選ぶ場合は、仙台駅の東側へ移動します。車で勾当台側の買い物を組む方は勾当台公園地下駐車場の出庫時刻も確認してください。宿の駐車場を使い続けるか、街の駐車場へ移すかを一日の動きで決められます。

Go from the station deck to reception
From the station’s second-floor west exit, take the pedestrian deck to the left. Reception is on the hotel’s first floor if arriving through its second-floor entrance. Confirm a lift route when travelling with substantial luggage or avoiding stairs. This hotel has a different location from Metropolitan Sendai East.
Leave luggage before sightseeing
The first-floor bell captain’s desk handles luggage before check-in and after check-out. For Zuihoden, work back from seasonal last entry to arrange the hotel and sightseeing. If an early room is needed, check early-check-in conditions separately from luggage storage.
Use the parking charges from April 2026
From 1 April 2026, guest parking is ¥2,000 for 13:00–13:00 the next day, with ¥400 per additional 30 minutes. Parking is for hotel-facility users and cannot be reserved; an overnight vehicle-only stay is not accepted. If directed to affiliated parking, confirm ticket validation with reception.
Compare the room, breakfast and total
Check occupancy, beds, breakfast and checkout against the chosen package. The hotel has a separate accommodation-tax notice for stays from 13 January 2026. Confirm the total including meals and applicable tax, and parking costs, against the next morning’s train or airport journey.
Plan an east-exit meal and central-city walk
For dinner at Gyutan Tsukasa East Exit Shop, travel to the station’s east side. Drivers shopping around Kotodai can check collection time at Kotodai Park Underground Parking. Choose whether the car remains at the hotel or moves according to the day’s journeys.
