みなとみらい公共駐車場P1は、パシフィコ横浜のホテル・会議施設・展示ホールの地下に広がる駐車場です。催事への来場と海辺の散策を組み合わせやすく、車を置いて周辺を巡る拠点にできます。普通車は入庫7～24時、夜間も出庫できます。昼間の最大料金と午前0～7時の時間料金を分けて、帰着時刻までの予定を立てると利用しやすくなります。

パシフィコ横浜の地下を利用する

運営者の2026年10月改訂案内では、普通自動車1,154台の地下駐車場です。Aブロックはホテル、B～Eブロックは展示ホール・会議施設を利用する際の目安になります。入庫は7～24時で、普通車の出庫は24時間可能、駐車場所の予約はできません。駐車場名とP1の表示を目的地に指定し、到着後は利用する建物に近いブロックや停めた階を控えてから徒歩で移動すると、帰りに車へ戻りやすくなります。

7～24時の上限と夜間の加算

普通車は全時間帯30分300円です。7～24時の料金には、特定日を除く平日最大1,800円、土日祝・特定日最大2,400円が適用されます。上限に達しない短時間利用は時間料金で精算します。0～7時は別に30分300円で加算されます。公式の通常料金例では、特定日・祝日ではない金曜11時から翌土曜11時の利用は、平日上限1,800円＋夜間4,200円＋休日上限2,400円＝8,400円です。日をまたぐ滞在は、夜間7時間分も含めて費用を見込んでください。

2026年末・2027年元日の特定日

2026年度の特定日として、今後は2026年12月24～25日、12月29～31日、2027年1月1日が案内されています。これらの日は平日でも7～24時最大2,400円の区分で、平日最大1,800円の区分は適用されません。日程や料金が変更される場合があるため、年末に利用する日は出発前に最新案内をご確認ください。公式の満空情報には反映まで数分の差があるので、催事の開場時刻や終了後の出庫にも余裕を持たせて計画できます。

普通車の寸法と車いす用区画

普通車は長さ6m、幅2.2m、高さ2.1m、重量4t以下です。車いす用駐車スペースはB1階10台、B2階4台を案内しています。車の高さにはルーフキャリアなどの装備も含めて確認し、入口の制限表示に従って進んでください。建物によって利用するブロックや歩行者通路が異なるため、目的のホテル・展示ホール・会議施設を先に決めておくと移動を組み立てやすくなります。係員の案内が必要な場合は中央防災センター045-221-2127へ相談できます。

手帳による割引と精算前の手続き

普通車の障がい者割引は通常料金の半額で、対象は身体障害者手帳1～6級、愛の手帳A1・A2・B1・B2、精神障害者保健福祉手帳を持つ方です。駐車券を精算機へ入れる前に、中央防災センターで駐車券と対象手帳を提示します。他の割引とは併用できず、月極・定期料金や自動二輪の料金は対象外です。通常の支払いはクレジットカードや対応電子マネーも案内されているため、使用する決済手段と割引手続きを精算前にそろえておけます。

二輪44台は展示ホール北から

自動二輪は原動機付自転車も含め44台で、入出庫は7～24時、展示ホール北の入口・出口を利用します。料金は1時間110円、当日0～24時の1日最大900円です。B1階Cブロックの指定エリアに停め、普通車の夜間出庫案内とは別に二輪の利用時間を確認してください。サイドカー付きや改造による特殊大型車両は普通自動車の扱いになります。定期利用の月額16,700円は契約商品なので、旅行中の時間貸し利用とは別に専用窓口へお問い合わせください。

Minatomirai Public Parking P1 extends beneath PACIFICO Yokohama’s hotel, conference facilities and exhibition halls. It provides a base for an event visit combined with a waterfront walk. Cars can enter from 07:00 to midnight and leave overnight. Plan the return time with the daytime cap and the separate midnight-to-07:00 timed charges in mind.

Park beneath PACIFICO Yokohama

The operator’s October 2026 guide lists 1,154 car spaces underground. Block A serves the hotel side, while Blocks B–E serve exhibition and conference facilities. Car entry is 07:00–24:00, exit is available 24 hours, and spaces cannot be reserved. Select P1 by its full parking name and note the floor and block before walking to the intended building, making the return to the vehicle easier.

Daytime caps and separate overnight charging

Cars cost ¥300 per 30 minutes at all times. Charges within 07:00–24:00 are capped at ¥1,800 on weekdays excluding special dates, or ¥2,400 on weekends, holidays and special dates; shorter stays below the cap use the timed charge. Midnight–07:00 adds separate ¥300 half-hour charges. The official ordinary-tariff example for 11:00 on an ordinary Friday to 11:00 Saturday totals ¥8,400: ¥1,800 weekday cap + ¥4,200 overnight + ¥2,400 Saturday cap. Include all seven overnight hours when budgeting for a stay across midnight.

Special dates at year-end and New Year

The remaining announced special dates for fiscal 2026 are 24–25 December and 29–31 December 2026, plus 1 January 2027. Even when a date falls on a weekday, the 07:00–24:00 cap is ¥2,400 rather than the ordinary ¥1,800 weekday cap. Dates and charges can change, so check the latest notice before a year-end visit. The official availability display can lag by several minutes; allow a margin around event admission and departure.

Car dimensions and accessible spaces

Car limits are length 6 m, width 2.2 m, height 2.1 m and weight 4 t or less. Accessible parking is listed as ten spaces on B1 and four on B2. Include roof carriers and other fitted equipment when checking the vehicle height and follow entrance clearance signs. Choose the intended hotel, exhibition hall or conference facility before parking, as the appropriate block and pedestrian route differ. Certificate discounts before payment

For cars, the disability discount is half the normal tariff. Eligible documentation comprises Japanese physical-disability certificates grades 1–6, Ai no Techo categories A1/A2/B1/B2, or mental-disability health and welfare certificates. Before inserting the parking ticket into a payment machine, present it and the eligible certificate at the Central Disaster Prevention Centre. The discount cannot be combined with others and excludes monthly/periodic-pass charges and motorcycles. Credit-card and supported electronic-money payment is also listed, so prepare the payment method after completing any discount procedure.

Motorcycles enter through Exhibition Hall North

The 44 motorcycle spaces also accept mopeds. Entry and exit are 07:00–24:00 through Exhibition Hall North, with parking in the designated B1 Block C area. Charges are ¥110 per hour, capped at ¥900 for the same calendar day, 00:00–24:00. Follow these motorcycle access hours separately from car overnight-exit arrangements. Sidecars and specially modified large vehicles are treated as ordinary cars. The ¥16,700 monthly motorcycle pass is a separate contract product; contact the periodic-parking service if needed.
