第1駐車場P1を指定して向かう

所在地は新港1-1の横浜赤レンガ倉庫で、第1駐車場P1の収容台数は83台です。アクセス案内には別に第2駐車場P2・96台も掲載されています。車での経路は首都高速みなとみらい出口または横浜公園出口が案内されています。ナビに駐車場名とP1を指定し、到着時は現地の誘導に従って進んでください。土日祝は駐車場と周辺道路の混雑が予想され、施設は公共交通機関の利用も勧めています。

最初の1時間と、その後の30分料金

駐車料金は最初の1時間500円、その後30分ごと250円で、いずれも税込です。食事と買い物を続けて楽しむときは、店へ向かう時間や車へ戻る時間も利用時間に含めて考えられます。24時間利用できますが、長時間の上限や日をまたぐ料金条件については、駐車前に施設案内へお問い合わせください。割引券を受け取る場合も、無料になる時間を超えて滞在した分を含め、精算機で料金を確認してから出庫できます。

館内1店舗3,000円で1時間無料券

施設内の1店舗で税込3,000円以上利用すると、駐車場1時間無料券のサービスがあります。会計時に駐車券を提示して、利用した店舗で無料サービス券を受け取ってください。他店舗のレシートとの金額合算はできず、対象は案内図の第1・第2駐車場です。1号館2階スペース・3階ホールの催事は、内容によって駐車券サービスの取扱いが異なります。複数の買い物や催事を予定する場合も、利用する店舗・会場で適用条件を確かめておけます。

屋外イベントは駐車サービス対象外

屋外イベントでの買い物は、通常の駐車券サービスの対象外です。2026年11月20日～12月25日に開催予定のクリスマスマーケットも、会場内の買い物は駐車券サービスの対象外と案内しています。イベントの飲食・物販と、倉庫内の対象店舗の利用を分けて予算に入れると、駐車料金を見込みやすくなります。イベント入場料と駐車料金は別に用意し、荒天による開催変更や当日の入場案内は出発前に確認してください。

支払いと車いす用区画、P2の充電

精算機は現金、VISA・Mastercard・JCB・American Express・Diners Clubのカード、Suica・PASMOなど案内された交通系ICに対応します。第1駐車場と第2駐車場には、それぞれ車いす用区画が2台分あります。電気自動車の普通充電器2基は第2駐車場内で、利用時間は日中から日没までです。P1での駐車とP2の充電設備は場所が異なるため、充電が必要な日は利用する駐車場を決めてから向かってください。

海辺の散策と秋冬の来場計画

2026年10月31日～11月3日は全国ふるさとフェア、11月20日～12月25日はクリスマスマーケットが開催予定です。催事の日は会場内の過ごし方に加え、帰りの道路や車へ戻る時間にも余裕を持たせられます。車両の高さ・幅・長さ・重量の受入条件や駐車枠の取扱いは、第1駐車場を指定して施設案内へお問い合わせください。公共交通を組み合わせる場合は、馬車道駅・日本大通り駅から各徒歩約6分、桜木町駅から汽車道経由約15分が公式の目安です。

Select Parking No.1 (P1) as the destination

The warehouse is at 1-1 Shinko, and Parking No.1 (P1) has 83 spaces. The official access guide separately lists Parking No.2 (P2), with 96 spaces. Driving approaches use the Minatomirai or Yokohama Koen expressway exits. Select the parking name and P1 when navigating, then follow on-site directions. The facility expects parking and surrounding-road congestion on weekends and holidays and also recommends public transport.

The first hour and later half-hour charges

Parking costs ¥500 for the first hour and ¥250 per further 30 minutes, including tax. Include walks to the shops and back to the vehicle in the planned period when combining dining and shopping. Although the car park operates 24 hours, ask facility information about long-stay caps or conditions across dates before parking. If using a voucher, check the final charge at the machine, including any time beyond the validated free period.

A one-hour voucher from one qualifying store

Qualifying spending of at least ¥3,000 including tax at one facility store earns a one-hour parking voucher. Show the parking ticket when paying and collect the voucher from that store. Receipts from different stores cannot be combined to reach the threshold. The offer covers Parking No.1 and No.2 shown on the access map. Events in Building No.1’s second-floor space or third-floor hall have event-specific validation rules; ask the relevant store or venue when combining purchases and events.

Outdoor event purchases are excluded

Outdoor event purchases are excluded from the standard parking-validation offer. The Christmas Market planned for 20 November–25 December 2026 likewise excludes purchases within its event grounds from parking validation. Budget separately for event food or goods and purchases at qualifying warehouse stores when estimating parking costs. Event admission and parking are separate charges; check weather-related changes and the day’s admission arrangements before travelling.

Payment, accessible bays and P2 charging

Payment machines accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club, plus listed transit IC cards including Suica and PASMO. Parking No.1 and No.2 each have two accessible spaces. The two regular EV chargers are in Parking No.2 and operate during daylight until sunset. Decide on the appropriate car park before arrival if charging is needed, as P1 parking and the P2 chargers are at different locations.

Waterfront walks and autumn/winter plans

The National Furusato Fair is planned for 31 October–3 November 2026, followed by the Christmas Market on 20 November–25 December. On event days, allow time for returning to the vehicle and surrounding-road traffic as well as the event itself. Ask facility information specifically about Parking No.1 for vehicle height, width, length and weight acceptance or space-allocation arrangements. For public-transport alternatives, the official walking estimates are about six minutes from Bashamichi or Nihon-odori stations, or fifteen from Sakuragicho via Kishamichi.
