平日・土休日・特定日の時間料金

高さと機械式区画の条件

車両制限の案内は、高さ2.1m、幅1.95m、長さ5m、重量2.3t、最低地上高12cmです。機械式の区画には高さ1.52m、長さ4.7mまたは5.6mなど別の条件があり、利用できる区画を係員へ確認してください。車体の寸法だけでなく、ルーフキャリアや下回りの装備も伝えておくと判断しやすくなります。高さ2.1mを超える車について、ポルタは別施設の東口第2駐車場（岩井パーキング）を案内しています。その施設の料金・利用時間は別に確認してください。

税込3,000円以上の利用で、ポルタは1店舗60分、ヨコハマスカイも1店舗60分、ルミネ横浜は合計金額で60分、そごう横浜店は90分の駐車サービスです。施設ごとに金額の集計方法と無料時間が異なるため、会計時に駐車券を提示して認証を受けてください。ポルタでは宝くじチャンスセンター、J・マーケット、ATMコーナー、トラベレックスはサービス券の発行対象外です。商品や売場による対象外もあるので、利用する店舗でご確認ください。

キャッシュレス精算と駐車券

Two entrances beneath the station’s east side

This car park serves the Porta and Sogo area on the station’s east side. Porta’s access directions approach from Hiranuma 1-chome towards the east-exit post office. The vehicle approaches serve the Porta and Sogo Yokohama sides. Set the full car-park name as the destination and note the side, floor and bay before walking towards the station or shops.

Weekday, weekend and special-date charging

From 06:00 to 24:00, parking costs ¥340 per 30 minutes on weekdays or ¥350 on weekends, holidays and special dates. Special periods include Golden Week, summer holidays and year-end/New Year; check the current calendar for the intended date. Midnight–06:00 is charged at ¥340 per hour on weekdays or ¥350 on weekends, holidays and busy dates, so overnight time also adds charges. Include time spent walking elsewhere after shopping, beyond any validated free period. Ask management about long-stay caps or arrangements across dates.

Height and mechanical-bay conditions

The listed vehicle limits are height 2.1 m, width 1.95 m, length 5 m and weight 2.3 t, with 12 cm minimum ground clearance. Mechanical bays have additional conditions, including 1.52 m height and length arrangements of 4.7 m or 5.6 m; ask staff which bay can accept the vehicle. Mention roof carriers and underbody equipment as well as body dimensions. Porta directs vehicles over 2.1 m to the separate East Exit No.2 car park, Iwai Parking, whose charges and hours need to be checked separately.

Shopping validation from ¥3,000

Qualifying spending of at least ¥3,000 including tax gives 60 minutes at a single Porta store, 60 minutes at a single Yokohama Sky store, 60 minutes on combined Lumine Yokohama spending, or 90 minutes at Sogo Yokohama. Present the parking ticket when paying, as the spending calculation and free period differ by facility. Porta excludes the lottery Chance Centre, JMarket, ATM area and Travelex from voucher issuance. Some goods or counters are also excluded; ask the relevant store.

Cashless payment and the parking ticket

Nearby Sogo Parking Building and Sky Building Parking are separate facilities with different capacities and hours.
