シャレオ駐車場は、広島市中心部・紙屋町の地下街へ車で向かう際に利用できる駐車場です。通常の入出庫は7:30～22:30で、駐車後24時間の最大料金を設定しています。2026年秋はレーンごとに設備整備工事があり、利用するレーンと駐車予定日の確認が必要です。

紙屋町の地下街を歩く拠点に

紙屋町シャレオは、紙屋町東・紙屋町西・本通の各電停、アストラムライン県庁前駅・本通駅、広島バスセンターなどの交通が集まる地下街です。駐車場の運営者住所は中区大手町1。地上から車で到着した後は、地下街での買い物や食事と周辺の街歩きを組み合わせられます。シャレオ以外にも周辺に複数の地下駐車場があるため、車の入口では駐車場名、帰りは停めたレーンや位置を確認しておくと戻りやすくなります。

入出庫時間と24時間単位の最大料金

通常の入出庫は毎日7:30～22:30で、シャレオ公式は年中無休と案内しています。時間料金は30分220円、駐車後24時間の最大料金は1,500円で繰り返し適用されます。最大料金の時間単位と、車を取り出せる営業時間はそれぞれ確認してください。夜に食事をしてから帰る場合は22:30までの出庫に余裕を取り、翌日まで車を置く予定では工事対象レーンと利用期間も合わせて確かめましょう。

長さ・幅・高さ・重量の制限

掲載の車両制限は全長5.3m、全幅1.9m、全高2m、重量2.3tです。車高が2m以内でも、幅や重量など残りの条件を満たす必要があります。ルーフキャリアやボックスを付けた車、車高を変更した車は、装備を含めた寸法を確認してから向かいましょう。公表台数は206台ですが、設備工事中には対象レーンを利用できません。当日の案内に沿って利用可能なレーンへ進んでください。

B・Aレーンの工期と取り出し制限

運営者は、Bレーンを2026年10月26日～11月11日、Aレーンを11月30日～12月16日の設備整備工事対象として案内しています。対象レーンは工期中利用できず、工期前から駐車していても工事期間に入ると車を取り出せなくなるため、入庫前にレーンと出庫予定日を確認してください。2027年1月の工事は詳細が決まり次第発表する案内です。長く駐車する際は、対象レーンや期間に重ならない利用方法を駐車場へ相談できます。

スマホ会員の1時間優待と対象外条件

シャレオスマホ会員は、対象の買い物・食事を当日税抜2,000円以上利用すると、シャレオ駐車場1時間無料の優待を受けられます。当日の対象レシート・駐車券・スマホ会員証を、通常10:00～20:00のインフォメーションへ提示します。時間外は駐車場係員に申し出てください。催事や一部店舗、各種金券、電子マネー等へのチャージ、カプセルトイ、送料などは対象外で、店舗独自ポイントによる値引き分も対象外の場合があります。購入前に対象店舗・内容を確認して利用できます。

現金・カードの精算と帰りの動線

運営者の支払方法欄では、現金・クレジットカード・タイムズチケット・タイムズビジネスカードが案内されています。使うカードやサービス券は、精算前に現地の対応表示と照合してください。帰りは駐車位置へ戻る時間、荷物を積む時間、出庫までを含めて計画すると、22:30の終了時刻に間に合わせやすくなります。工事期間にかかる利用や車両の条件に不安がある場合の駐車場問い合わせは082-504-6191です。

A base for walking around Kamiyacho

Shareo is an underground shopping area near Kamiyacho-higashi, Kamiyacho-nishi and Hondori tram stops, Kencho-mae and Hondori Astram Line stations, and Hiroshima Bus Center. The car park is listed at 1 Otemachi. It provides a starting point for shopping, dining and walks nearby. With several underground car parks in the area, note the Shareo name at entry and your lane or parking location for the return.

Access hours and the rolling 24-hour cap

Normal entry and exit are 07:30–22:30 every day. The rate is ¥220 per 30 minutes, with a repeated ¥1,500 maximum for each 24 hours from parking. Check both the charging period and the hours when the car can be retrieved. Allow time to leave before 22:30 after an evening meal, and check the works restrictions as well when leaving a vehicle until the next day.

Length, width, height and weight limits

Listed limits are 5.3 m long, 1.9 m wide, 2 m high and 2.3 tonnes. A car within the height limit must also satisfy the width, length and weight conditions. Include roof racks, boxes or modifications when checking dimensions. Published capacity is 206 spaces, with affected lanes unavailable during equipment works; follow the day’s local parking directions.

Lane B and A works and vehicle retrieval

The operator lists equipment works for Lane B on October 26–November 11, 2026, and Lane A on November 30–December 16. Affected lanes cannot be used during their works; a car parked there beforehand also cannot be retrieved once the works period begins. Check the lane and intended departure date before entry. Details of January 2027 works will be announced later. Contact the car park about a longer stay that could overlap an affected lane or period.

A one-hour member benefit and exclusions

Shareo smartphone members receive one hour free after eligible same-day shopping or dining totaling at least ¥2,000 before tax. Present the qualifying receipt, parking ticket and smartphone membership card at Information, normally 10:00–20:00; outside those hours, ask car-park staff. Events, some shops, vouchers, electronic-money top-ups, capsule toys and delivery charges are excluded, and shop-point discounts may also be excluded. Check eligibility before making the purchase.

Payment and the return to the car

The operator’s payment field lists cash, credit cards, Times Tickets and Times Business Cards. Check the machine’s supported cards or validation tickets before paying.
