駅で味わうむすびとうどん

むさしの看板はむすびとうどんです。ekie1階店では、炊きたてご飯を握ったむすびを中心に、店内で食べる食事と持ち帰りの両方を選べます。ご飯ものだけにするか、温かいうどんを組み合わせるか、移動までの時間や空腹に合わせて選ぶとよいでしょう。

元気うどん定食と温かい食事

元気うどん定食は、牛蒡、人参、キクラゲ、豚肉、にんにくの入ったあんかけうどんに銀むすびを添えた組み合わせです。2026年6月23日の公式案内では1,120円（税込）。うどんとむすびを一度に味わいたい人に向いています。

ほかに、かき揚げのだしを楽しむ活地海老天婦羅うどん（そば）と、俵むすび2個を付ける定食も公式で紹介されています。具材や麺を確認して選び、そばや小麦、甲殻類などのアレルギーがある場合は調理環境も含めて注文前に相談してください。

若鶏むすびと弁当の選び方

若鶏むすびは、むすびと大きな唐揚げ3個を組み合わせた弁当で、2022年10月31日の公式告知では1,100円でした。おり鶴むすびは天むす3個に牡蠣フライなどを添えた弁当で、2023年12月14日の告知では1,650円。現在の価格は店頭で確認し、内容や量に合うものを選べます。

営業時間と月曜日の休業

1階店の営業時間は11:00～19:30です。定休日は毎週月曜日ですが、祝日は休業対象から除かれています。2026年10月26日（月曜）は通常の定休日に当たるため、曜日も含めて訪問日を組み立ててください。

年末年始や館の臨時休館は通常営業と別に確認が必要です。minamoa・ekieは不定休で、公式FAQでは年末年始の案内を12月1日に出すとしています。列車の発車直前や閉店間際は避け、食事や持ち帰りの受け取りに余裕を持たせましょう。

持ち帰り・予約相談と家族での利用

場所はJR広島駅直結のekie1階DININGです。構内の案内板とekieフロアガイドを使い、2階おみやげ館や同じ1階のKITCHENエリアと区別して向かってください。路面電車やバスで駅へ着く場合も、まずekie1階DININGを目印にすると探しやすくなります。

車の場合は館の提携駐車場案内を確認します。駐車サービスの対象や精算方法は駐車場ごとに異なるため、利用時に店へ申し出てください。駅前道路は混雑することがあり、持ち帰りだけでも路上駐車をせず、公共交通か正式な駐車場を利用しましょう。

Musashi on the first floor of ekie DINING, connected to JR Hiroshima Station, serves rice balls and udon. Individually shaped rice balls made with freshly cooked rice, Genki Udon with a thickened vegetable and pork broth, and boxed rice-ball meals offer a taste of everyday Hiroshima food. Rice balls and udon at the station

Musashi specializes in rice balls and udon. The first-floor ekie shop offers both meals to eat in and food to take away, with rice balls made from freshly cooked rice at the heart of its selection. Choose rice on its own or add warm udon according to your appetite and the time before your departure.

Genki Udon Set and a warm meal

The Genki Udon Set pairs udon in a thickened broth containing burdock, carrot, wood-ear mushrooms, pork and garlic with Gin Musubi rice balls. The official announcement dated June 23, 2026 lists ¥1,120 including tax. It suits visitors who want to try both udon and rice balls in one meal.

The official menu also introduces Katsu-Jiebi Tempura Udon or Soba, with a kakiage fritter in broth, and a set accompanied by two barrel-shaped rice balls. Check the ingredients and noodle choice before ordering. If you have allergies to buckwheat, wheat, shellfish or other ingredients, ask about preparation and the kitchen environment as well.

Wakadori Musubi and boxed meals

Wakadori Musubi combines rice balls with three large pieces of fried chicken; an official notice dated October 31, 2022 listed ¥1,100. Orizuru Musubi includes three tempura rice balls and side dishes such as fried oysters; its December 14, 2023 notice listed ¥1,650. Check current prices at the shop and choose the contents and quantity to suit your meal.

Other official introductions include Inaka Musubi with salted rice balls and a large Sanzoku Musubi containing salmon and kelp fillings. Prices and contents can change, so check the display on the day. When carrying food away, follow the storage instructions and use-by time given at collection.

Hours and Monday closures

The first-floor shop opens 11:00–19:30. It closes on Mondays except public holidays. Monday, October 26, 2026 falls on its normal weekly closure, so include the day of the week when planning a visit.

Year-end arrangements and exceptional closures of the complex require a separate check. minamoa and ekie have irregular closures, and their official FAQ says year-end information is announced on December 1. Allow time for eating or collecting takeaway rather than arriving just before a train departs or the shop closes.

Takeaway, reservation enquiries and families

The official shop page lists takeaway service and a children’s menu. Families can ask about suitable ingredients, portions and collection arrangements. This does not guarantee allergy accommodations or a special menu for every dietary need.

Ask the first-floor shop directly about arranging a table or boxed meals in advance. The second-floor shop has a separate number, 082-207-0634. Contact the shop you intend to use, rather than the complex’s general desk, with your visit date, party size or required number of meals to confirm what is possible.

Finding the shop and parking

The shop is in ekie DINING on the first floor, connected to JR Hiroshima Station. Follow the station signs and ekie floor guide, distinguishing DINING from the second-floor souvenir area and the first-floor KITCHEN area. If arriving by tram or bus, use “ekie DINING 1F” as your destination.

If driving, check the complex’s partner-parking guide. Eligibility for parking benefits and payment procedures differ by car park, so tell the shop when you use one. Roads around the station can be congested; use public transport or an authorized car park even if you are only collecting takeaway.
