西土佐・江川崎からのアクセス

ホテルは江川崎の対岸にある用井地区に位置します。JR予土線の江川崎駅から車で約5分で、宿泊者は到着時刻を伝えて駅送迎を利用できます。所在地は西土佐用井1100です。

四万十町中央ICから窪川・国道381号経由の案内経路は2車線です。中村方面との国道441号には1車線区間が多く、同じ四万十市内でも中村市街のホテルとは到着ルートが異なります。

川側・山側の客室と風呂の有無

全14室禁煙です。3階の川側には洋室ツイン、デラックスツイン、トリプル、和洋室があり、和洋室はツインと6畳の和室を組み合わせた定員5名の部屋です。

2階の和室は6畳・10畳・12.5畳・15畳などで、トイレ付きですが客室風呂はありません。2階川側の一部はベランダから川を眺める造りです。山側洋室ツインから四万十川は見えません。

朝食・夕食と子どもの食事

朝食は和定食で、子どもも大人と同じ内容です。混雑時の時間分けは朝食7時・7時30分・8時30分、夕食18時・19時30分と案内されています。夕食を利用する宿泊者は19時30分までにチェックインします。

食事はレストランで提供し、客室での食事はありません。夕食は四万十の食材を使う会席料理などから選び、子ども用には予約時に松花堂風弁当・お子様ランチを指定する案内があります。

宿泊者の温泉と家族風呂

男女別の大浴場から四万十川を眺められ、男性側はドライサウナ、女性側はミストサウナを備えます。宿泊者の入浴は無料で6～9時と16～23時。

家族風呂はフロントで予約する方式で、温泉ではなく、川の眺望もありません。客室に風呂がない和室では、大浴場または予約制の家族風呂を利用します。宿泊者の大人は入湯税150円を現金で別途支払います。

日帰り入浴の料金と時間帯

日帰り入浴は大人800円、子ども400円、3歳以下無料です。通常は7～9時と16～22時、土曜・日曜・祝日は11～14時にも利用できます。フェイスタオルは販売、バスタオルは有料レンタルです。

宿泊者が多い日や貸切時には、日帰り入浴を受け付けない場合があります。浴場前には休憩スペース、有料マッサージチェア、飲料の自動販売機があります。

駐車場とレストランの一般利用

無料駐車場は14台分で、駐車予約は不要です。全館全室で無料Wi-Fiを利用できます。館内にはエレベーター、スロープ、専用トイレや浴場の手すりがありますが、客室入口や客室浴室の幅が狭い箇所があります。

レストランの昼営業は土日祝11時30分～14時、注文13時30分まで、夕食は18～21時、注文20時15分までです。宿泊しない人の会席料理は事前予約制で、8名以上は2卓に分かれる案内があります。

Access via Nishitosa and Ekawasaki

The hotel is in Yoi, across the river from Ekawasaki. It is about five minutes by car from Ekawasaki Station on the JR Yodo Line; overnight guests can arrange a station transfer by providing their arrival time. The address is 1100 Nishitosa Yoi.

The recommended route via Kubokawa and Route 381 from Shimantocho-chuo Interchange has two lanes. Route 441 towards Nakamura includes many single-lane stretches; this Nishitosa location has a different approach from hotels in central Nakamura.

River- and Mountain-facing Rooms and Private Baths

All 14 rooms are non-smoking. Third-floor river-facing choices include twins, deluxe twins, triples and Japanese-Western rooms. The latter combine twin beds with a six-tatami area for up to five guests.

Second-floor Japanese rooms include six-, ten-, 12.5- and 15-tatami sizes, with toilets but no private bath. In some second-floor river-facing rooms, the river is best seen from the balcony. Mountain-facing twins do not overlook the river.

Breakfast, Dinner and Children’s Meals

Breakfast is a Japanese set meal, with the same content for children and adults. During busy periods, the advertised sittings are 07:00, 07:30 and 08:30 for breakfast, and 18:00 and 19:30 for dinner. Guests dining in the hotel must check in by 19:30.

Meals are served in the restaurant rather than in guest rooms. Dinner choices include kaiseki using local ingredients. Children’s dinner options, arranged when booking, include a Shokado-style boxed meal and a children’s plate.

Hot-spring Baths for Guests and the Family Bath

The separate men’s and women’s communal baths overlook the Shimanto River. The men’s side has a dry sauna and the women’s a mist sauna. Bathing for overnight guests is free at 06:00–09:00 and 16:00–23:00.

The family bath is reserved at the front desk, uses ordinary water and has no river view. Guests in Japanese rooms without private baths can use the communal bath or the reserved family bath. Adult overnight guests pay a separate ¥150 bathing tax in cash.

Day-bathing Prices and Opening Periods

Day bathing costs ¥800 for adults and ¥400 for children, with free admission for children aged three and under. Hours are normally 07:00–09:00 and 16:00–22:00, plus 11:00–14:00 on weekends and public holidays. Face towels are sold and bath towels are rented for a charge.

Day visitors may not be admitted when the hotel is busy or the baths are privately booked. A rest area outside the baths has paid massage chairs and drinks vending machines.

Parking and Restaurant Use by Non-residents

Fourteen parking spaces are free, without parking reservations. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. Facilities include a lift, ramps, an accessible toilet and bath handrails, though some room entrances and private bathrooms are narrow.

The restaurant advertises lunch on weekends and public holidays, 11:30–14:00 with last orders 13:30, and dinner 18:00–21:00 with last orders 20:15. Kaiseki for non-residents requires advance booking, and groups of eight or more are seated at two tables.
