Japanese rooms overlooking the pond and greenery

The inn stands beside Ryujin Pond among Yamato’s greenery. Japanese rooms use tatami and timber, with broad windows towards the surrounding mountains. All have private bathrooms and toilets. There is no communal large bath, so bathing takes place in the room.

Seasonal meals and reserved lunches

Seasonal ingredients include spring mountain vegetables, Gujo sweetfish from summer into autumn and wild-boar hotpot in winter. Lunch requires reservations for individuals and groups; breakfast-only stays can also be arranged. A separate food menu is listed from¥4,400. Book according to the meal and party size.

Stay at Kinshokan and combine the Field Museum in Maki with lunch at Ogatama in Tsurugi. The museum opens 10:00–16:00, and Ogatama lunch runs 11:15–14:00. Roadside-station rest parking is available 24 hours, while meals and indoor visits follow each facility’s opening times.
