一般利用もできる湖畔の宿
国家公務員共済組合連合会が組合員等の利用を目的に運営していますが、一般利用者向けの予約区分もあります。組合員・OBや優待利用者は、それぞれ身分や資格を証明する書類をチェックイン時に提示します。利用区分によって予約するプランを選び、湖畔での宿泊に利用できます。
レイクビュールームと少人数の客室
レイクビューツインは30.96㎡で定員2～3名。和室は10畳と12.5畳、セミダブルは17.28㎡で定員1～2名の区分があります。全27室が禁煙で無料Wi-Fiを備え、バス・トイレ・冷蔵庫などを用意しています。湖を見たい滞在では、レイクビューと明記された部屋タイプで選べます。
運び湯の大浴場と夕朝食
温泉は熱海の自家源泉を運んだもので、加水・循環する利用です。二階の大浴場と一階屋外の展望風呂があり、男女の大浴場にはサウナを備えています。夕食の営業時間は18～21時、朝食は7～9時。朝食は宿泊人数に応じて一人膳かバイキングになり、近江牛会席などの宿泊プランもあります。
唐崎駅からの徒歩と定期送迎
JR唐崎駅から徒歩約12分です。無料の迎えは唐崎駅14時40分・15時10分・15時40分・16時10分・16時40分・17時10分・17時40分の定期便で、事前予約制です。JR大津駅からは堅田方面の江若バスで約20分、「四ツ谷」下車すぐの経路もあります。駐車場の収容は70台です。最終チェックインは夕食付き19時、夕食なし21時で、玄関は22～翌5時施錠します。

The hotel is operated by the Federation of National Public Service Personnel Mutual Aid Associations for members and related users, with a separate booking category for general guests. Members, retirees and eligible preferential users present the appropriate proof at check-in. Choose the booking category that matches the guest’s eligibility.
Lake-view rooms and smaller-room choices
Lake-view twins measure 30.96 m² and accommodate two or three guests. Japanese rooms come in ten- and twelve-and-a-half-tatami categories, while 17.28 m² semi-double rooms accommodate one or two. All twenty-seven rooms are non-smoking with free Wi-Fi, bathrooms, toilets and refrigerators. Select an explicitly lake-view category for a view of the water.
Transported spring water and meals
Spring water is brought from Atami and used with added water and circulation. There is a communal bath on the second floor and an outdoor scenic bath on the first; both men’s and women’s bath areas have saunas. Dinner operates 18:00–21:00 and breakfast 07:00–09:00. Breakfast is a set meal or buffet depending on guest numbers, and stay plans include Omi beef kaiseki.
Walk or book the Karasaki shuttle
Walk about twelve minutes from JR Karasaki Station. Free scheduled pickups depart at 14:40, 15:10, 15:40, 16:10, 16:40, 17:10 and 17:40 and require advance booking. Another route is a Kojak bus toward Katata from JR Otsu Station, around twenty minutes to Yotsuya, just beside the hotel. The car park accommodates seventy vehicles. Last check-in is 19:00 with dinner or 21:00 without dinner; the entrance is locked 22:00–05:00.
