イルカの水槽と無料ゾーンの入口
海響館1階にあり、水槽を泳ぐイルカを眺めながら食事を楽しめるレストランです。水族館の有料展示とは別の無料ゾーンに位置し、入館券を買わずにレストランだけ利用できます。水族館から食事へ出た後に展示へ再入館する場合は入館券が必要です。食事だけの予定と見学を含む予定を分けて組み立て、海沿いの散策や唐戸での買い物に休憩を加えられます。
洋食セットと下関の料理
手作りハンバーグステーキセット1,980円、ふくフライセット2,140円はスープとライスまたはパン付きです。瓦そばは単品1,540円、挽肉とマッシュポテトのグラタンセット1,920円などがあり、洋食と地元の料理を選べます。特選メニューの提供は11時～平日15時、土日祝16時までで、通常営業のラストオーダーとは締切が異なります。遅めの昼食では注文したい料理の提供時間に合わせられます。
子どもの食事と甘味
お子さまプレート1,030円と、イルカ形のご飯を添えるマイルドカレー920円はオレンジジュース付きです。食後や休憩にはソフトクリーム590円、クレームブリュレ930円などを選べ、ソフトクリームは持ち帰りにも対応します。料理だけでなく甘味と飲み物を組み合わせる利用もでき、家族の人数や子どもの食事量に合わせた選び方ができます。
通常営業と団体予約の時間
通常は年中無休で11～17時、LO16時30分です。夜の水族館開催時は別の延長時間が設定されます。団体やツアーの昼食は事前予約で、1人1,500円から最大70名までの案内です。所在地はあるかぽーと6-1の海響館1階。建物全体の水族館利用とレストランの席の利用を分け、人数と食事の開始時間を合わせて予約できます。

Dolphin views and a free-access entrance
On Kaikyokan’s ground floor, diners can watch dolphins in the tank while eating. The restaurant occupies the free zone outside the paid exhibitions, so an aquarium ticket is unnecessary for a meal alone. Returning to the aquarium galleries after dining requires an admission ticket. Choose a standalone meal or combine it with a longer visit, a waterfront walk or shopping around Karato.
Western sets and local dishes
The ¥1,980 handmade hamburger steak set and ¥2,140 fried-fugu set include soup and rice or bread. Kawara soba is ¥1,540 on its own, while minced-meat and mashed-potato gratin is ¥1,920 as a set. Special meals are served from 11:00 until 15:00 weekdays or 16:00 weekends and holidays, earlier than the general last-order time. Match a late lunch to the serving window of the preferred dish.
Children’s meals and desserts
A children’s plate at ¥1,030 and mild curry with dolphin-shaped rice at ¥920 include orange juice. Dessert choices include ¥590 soft-serve ice cream, also available to take away, and ¥930 creme brulee. Ordinary service and group reservations
Ordinary service is daily, 11:00–17:00 with last orders at 16:30. Separate extended hours apply when the aquarium runs evening openings. Advance group lunches are offered from ¥1,500 per person for up to seventy people. Find the restaurant on the ground floor at 6-1 Arukapoto. Coordinate party size and meal time separately from arrangements for the aquarium’s exhibitions.
