昼と夜の料金を分けて計算
7～19時は30分100円、19～翌7時は30分50円で、24時間営業です。1時間以内に出庫すれば無料ですが、1時間を超えると入庫時から課金します。この1時間サービスは駅南駐車場には適用されません。出入口の施設名を確かめ、シーモール駐車場の料金条件で利用します。
買い物は3時間、映画は5時間
シーモールと大丸で買い物をすると、入庫から3時間の無料サービスを受けられます。駐車券を利用店舗へ持参して認証を受け、複数店舗で重ねて認証しないようにします。駐車券1枚につき認証は1回で、複数の店舗印を重ねると無効になります。映画鑑賞は入庫から5時間無料。他の駐車サービスと合わせる場合も無料時間は最大5時間です。
平日の上限料金と割引の関係
平日は7～19時と19～翌7時の各時間帯にそれぞれ上限500円を設定し、自動的に適用します。24時間全体が500円になる制度ではありません。また上限料金と1時間・3時間・5時間の無料サービスは併用できません。平日と土日祝で料金の条件が異なるため、買い物や映画の利用と滞在時間を合わせて考えます。
館内への移動と精算
障害者用区画は本館B3、新館D3、パレスF1などにあり、シーモール4階と本館B6の間にはスロープがあります。2階と4階の駐車場入口は自動ドアです。事前精算機で支払いを済ませた場合も駐車券は返却され、出口で必要になるため持って出庫します。駅前の買い物や食事、映画を同じ駐車で組み合わせられます。
下関市内で組み合わせる訪問先
下関市は唐戸や駅周辺の市街地から、長府、川棚、菊川、豊田、豊北へ広がります。地域間の移動時間を確保し、食事の営業日、宿の到着締切、施設の休館日を合わせて訪問先を選べます。駐車場は立ち寄る地域や施設の利用条件に応じて組み合わせます。

Separate daytime and overnight tariffs
The tariff is ¥100 per thirty minutes from 7:00 to 19:00 and ¥50 from 19:00 to 7:00, with twenty-four-hour operation. Exit within one hour for free; exceeding one hour triggers charges from entry. The separate station-south car park does not receive this one-hour service, so check the facility name at the entrance.
Three hours for shopping or five for a film
Shopping at Seamall or Daimaru provides three free hours from entry. Bring the ticket to the shop for a single validation; multiple shop stamps on one ticket invalidate it. Cinema visitors receive five free hours from entry. Combined parking services still provide no more than five free hours.
Weekday caps and validation rules
Weekdays have separate automatic ¥500 caps for 7:00–19:00 and 19:00–7:00. This is not a single ¥500 cap covering twenty-four hours. The caps cannot be combined with the one-, three- or five-hour free services. Plan around both the day of the week and whether shopping or cinema validation applies.
Reaching the shops and paying
Accessible bays include main-building B3, new-building D3 and Palace F1. A slope connects Seamall’s fourth floor with main-building parking level B6, and parking entrances on floors two and four have automatic doors. Keep the ticket returned by the prepayment machine, since it is still needed at the exit.
Other stops to combine within Shimonoseki
Shimonoseki extends from the station and Karato waterfront to Chofu, Kawatana, Kikugawa, Toyota and Hohoku. Allow travel time between districts and coordinate restaurant opening, accommodation arrival deadlines and attraction closures. Choose parking according to the district visited and each facility’s conditions.
