Small parties are seated in arrival order, while private-room kaiseki has separate reservation conditions.

Sea-facing windows and local fish
Large windows look over the Seto Inland Sea and Kurushima Kaikyo bridges. Local sea bream, rockfish, grouper and turban shells feature, with preparations such as lightly seasoned simmered fish. Seating ranges from smaller private rooms to banquet space, but regular small-party dining and reserved rooms operate under different arrangements.
Kurushima set and limited lunch set
The ¥2,200 Kurushima set includes an appetiser, sashimi, tempura, fisherman-style pot rice, soup and pickles. The limited ¥1,430 lunch set, available until 14:00, includes sashimi, savoury custard and pot rice. Iyo no Kaze at ¥2,420 adds dishes such as fried fish and simmered fish bones. Prices include tax. Individual rice pots and a ¥1,100 Ryugu bento for children through primary-school year six are also listed.
Rice upgrades and a large sea-bream pot
Set-menu rice can be changed to sea bream, octopus, shrimp or other varieties by paying the difference. For example, the ¥2,200 Kurushima set becomes ¥2,640 with a ¥440 sea-bream upgrade; ¥440 is not the price of a standalone pot. A large sea-bream pot for four or five costs ¥5,500 and takes around forty minutes, with advance orders accepted. Seasonal rice choices depend on availability.
Arrival-order seating and coastal access
Table reservations are not taken for one to five people. Reservations are limited to kaiseki parties of six or more using a paid private room, with restrictions during New Year, Golden Week, Obon and for weekend or holiday groups. Reception may pause when busy. The restaurant is about ten minutes by car from JR Imabari Station or five from Imabari-kita Interchange, with twenty-six parking spaces. Payment is cash only.
