スタンダードシングルは16㎡・1名用でシャワーのみ、デラックスシングルは18㎡・1～2名用です。22㎡のツインは2名まで、トリプルはソファベッドを加えて3名まで泊まれます。22㎡のユニバーサルルームもあり、車椅子で利用できます。客室の水回りはセパレート式で、全室に今治タオル、加湿空気清浄機、Wi-Fiを備えています。
展望大浴場とサウナの時間
大浴場は最上階にあり、今治の街や海、しまなみ海道を眺められます。ミネラルを加えた人工温泉で、男女ともサウナと水風呂があります。入浴は朝6～9時と15～24時、サウナは15～23時です。9階には24時間利用できる洗濯乾燥機4台もあり、サイクリングで使った衣類を整えて翌日に備えられます。
ラウンジと今治の朝食
1階ラウンジは宿泊者専用で、無料のウェルカムドリンク、待合せや打合せにも使えます。朝は7～10時の朝食会場となり、焼豚玉子飯、地元野菜、じゃこ天、しらす、焼きたてのパンなどを用意します。朝食料金は事前1,760円、当日追加1,980円税込。当日の追加は繁忙期などに上限へ達していると利用できない場合があります。
駅からの徒歩と自転車・駐車場
JR今治駅から徒歩約5分、今治北ICから車で約8分です。自転車は客室へ持込みでき、フロントのスタンドや屋外の屋根付き駐輪場も利用できます。無料駐車場は敷地内と第2駐車場にあり、予約や場所の確保はできません。満車時は周辺の有料駐車場を利用します。大型車の駐車は有料で別の手配が必要です。
今治市内で組み合わせる訪問先

Opened on 28 March 2024, Shimanami Prime Hotel Imabari is a short walk from the station. Rooms have Simmons beds and separate washing and toilet areas, with bicycles allowed inside. Rooftop baths, a breakfast lounge and free parking support rail journeys and overnight stops before or after a Shimanami Kaido ride.

Rooms for solo travellers and groups of three
The 16 m² standard single is for one person and has a shower, while the 18 m² deluxe single accommodates one or two. Twins measure 22 m²; triples of the same size add a sofa bed for a third guest. A 22 m² accessible room is also available. Separate washing and toilet areas, Imabari towels, humidifying air purifiers and Wi-Fi are provided.
Rooftop baths and sauna hours
The top-floor baths look across the city, sea and Shimanami Kaido. These are artificial mineral baths, with saunas and cold baths in both bathing areas. Bathing runs 06:00–09:00 and 15:00–24:00; saunas operate 15:00–23:00. Four washer-dryers on the ninth floor are available around the clock for preparing clothes after a ride.
The lounge and local breakfast
The guest-only ground-floor lounge offers complimentary welcome drinks and space to meet. Breakfast is served 07:00–10:00, with choices including local pork-and-egg rice, vegetables, fish cakes, whitebait and freshly baked bread. The tax-inclusive price is ¥1,760 in advance or ¥1,980 when added on the day. Same-day additions can be unavailable when breakfast capacity is reached.
Walking from the station, bicycles and parking
The hotel is about five minutes on foot from JR Imabari Station and eight minutes by car from Imabari-kita Interchange. Bicycles may be taken into rooms; stands near reception and covered outdoor bicycle parking are also available. Free car parking is on the hotel grounds and in a second lot, with no reservations or guaranteed spaces. Nearby paid lots are used when full; large vehicles require separate paid arrangements.
