はーばりー東側の時間貸し
市の案内図では、第1駐車場はみなと交流センターに接する東側の区画です。普通車37台の時間貸し施設で、港にある第2駐車場や沖洲駐車場とは別に管理されます。目的地を第1駐車場へ合わせて入庫し、はーばりーや港へ徒歩で移動できます。
短時間無料と24時間ごとの上限
20分以内の駐車は無料で、通常は30分ごと100円です。24時間までの最大は500円。2時間を超える利用は500円となり、24時間を超えるごとに次の500円枠へ進みます。48時間最大1,000円、72時間最大1,500円なので、船で出かけて翌日以降に戻る場合も駐車時間で計算できます。
カード・電子マネー・QRで精算
電子決済はVISA、Mastercard、JCBなどのクレジットカード、交通系電子マネー、nanaco、楽天Edy、WAON、iD、QUICPayなどに対応します。コード決済はPayPay、d払い、au PAY、楽天ペイ、メルペイを扱います。精算機の電子決済リーダーの表示に沿って操作できます。
二輪車と近隣の月極区画
この港湾駐車場には二輪車を駐車できません。第1は時間貸しですが、第2は月極と時間貸しを併用し、第2沖洲は月極の別施設です。港周辺には似た名称の駐車場があるため、第1の案内を目的地にして利用できます。日付が変わる0時ではなく、24時間という駐車時間の単位で最大料金を計算します。

Visitor parking east of Harbary
The city map places No. 1 directly east of the Minato Exchange Centre. It is a thirty-seven-space visitor lot, separate from No. 2 and the Okisu lot elsewhere around the port. Use the No. 1 entrance as the destination and continue to Harbary or the port on foot.
Short free stays and twenty-four-hour caps
Stays up to twenty minutes are free; the regular tariff is ¥100 per thirty minutes. The maximum is ¥500 for twenty-four hours, with stays over two hours charged ¥500 and each additional twenty-four-hour period adding another ¥500. Maximum examples are ¥1,000 for forty-eight hours and ¥1,500 for seventy-two.

Two-wheel vehicles cannot park here. No. 1 is visitor parking, while No. 2 mixes visitor and monthly use, and No. 2 Okisu is a separate monthly-contract lot. Use the No. 1 signs among these similarly named facilities. Maximum charges follow elapsed twenty-four-hour periods rather than resetting at midnight.

Imabari extends from its mainland centre across islands including Oshima, Hakatajima and Omishima. These suggestions include other parts of the city, so allow bridge or boat travel between islands. Oshima-minami Interchange serves arrivals from Shikoku and Oshima-kita those from Honshu.
