炭火の鶏と卵を合わせる御膳

黄金の親子丼御膳は2,480円、炭火焼の鶏ステーキ親子丼御膳は2,780円です。至福の郡上親子丼御膳3,300円には名古屋コーチンのステーキ、手作りつくね、卵黄を合わせます。鶏ひつまぶし御膳3,000円や唐揚げ御膳1,900円などもあり、料金は税込です。

蕎麦御膳と前日までの持ち帰り予約

かけ・せいろの蕎麦御膳は各1,900円で、稲荷寿司2個・手作り豆腐・茶碗蒸しなどが付きます。天蕎麦・天せいろは各2,800円です。持ち帰りの松花堂弁当は2,300円、オードブルは5,000円からで、どちらも前日15時までの予約が必要です。会席は2名から1人5,000円以上、前々日20時までに予約します。

平日は11～17時でLO16時30分、夕食は完全予約制です。土日祝は11～21時で、昼LO16時30分・夜LO20時。休みは月曜と第3火曜で、月曜が祝日の場合は翌火曜です。店内の30席と、天候により開放するテラス16席があります。ペット同伴はテラスの利用です。

白鳥町恩地566にあり、白鳥ICから車で約5分、美濃白鳥駅から車で約6分です。駐車場は12台。古民家を生かした赤い絨毯やアンティークの調度品が店内を彩り、食事とともに空間を楽しめます。カード決済に対応し、昼のドライブ途中にも立ち寄れます。

郡上市内で組み合わせる訪問先

白鳥荘の食事に白尾ふれあいパークの買物や休憩を加え、ひるがなの分水嶺公園やグリーンガーデンへ車で向かえます。平日の夕食は予約制です。分水嶺公園は駐車約10台、宿のチェックインは15～18時が基本なので、白鳥と高原部の移動時間を取ります。

Keishouan Shirotori-so serves chicken dishes and soba in a restored house with retro furnishings. Run by the Torishige poultry group, it uses Nagoya Cochin and selected eggs. Meal times differ between weekdays and weekends.

Chicken-and-egg sets with charcoal-grilled choices

The golden chicken-and-egg rice set costs ¥2,480, or ¥2,780 with charcoal-grilled chicken steak. The premium Gujo version at ¥3,300 combines Nagoya Cochin steak, handmade chicken meatballs and egg yolk. Chicken hitsumabushi is ¥3,000 and the fried-chicken set ¥1,900. Prices include tax.

Soba sets and advance takeaway orders

Hot kake or cold seiro soba sets cost ¥1,900, including two inari sushi, tofu and steamed egg custard. Tempura versions are ¥2,800. Takeaway Shokado boxes at ¥2,300 and hors d’oeuvres from ¥5,000 require booking by 15:00 the previous day. Kaiseki starts at ¥5,000 per person for two or more, booked by 20:00 two days ahead.

Book weekday dinner; weekend dinner orders by 20:00

Weekday service runs 11:00–17:00, last orders 16:30, with dinner available only by reservation. Weekend/holiday service continues to 21:00, with lunch orders 16:30 and dinner orders 20:00. Closed Mondays and third Tuesdays, shifting a Monday-holiday closure to Tuesday. There are thirty indoor seats and sixteen terrace seats opened in suitable weather; pets use the terrace.

The address is 566 Onji, Shirotori-cho, about five minutes by car from Shirotori IC or six from Mino-Shirotori Station. Twelve parking spaces are provided. Red carpets and antique furnishings complement the restored-house setting. Cards are accepted, and lunch fits into a driving itinerary.

Other stops to combine within Gujo

Combine a meal at Shirotori-so with shopping or a break at Shirao Fureai Park, then drive towards Watershed Park or Green Garden in Hirugano. Weekday dinner requires booking. The park has about ten spaces and normal hotel check-in is 15:00–18:00, so allow for the drive from Shirotori to the highlands.
