鳥取白ネギと明太子の生パスタに、白バラ牛乳のマッシュクリームを重ねた一皿。うずらの卵の兎が添えられています。

予約の方法

ネット予約は来店5日前まで、4日前から当日は電話受付です。フォーム送信だけでは確定せず、店からの予約確定メールで成立します。

訪問時間と場所

昼は11時30分～14時。夜は予約制です。鳥取県庁から徒歩2分、門から庭へ続く通路を進むと玄関があります。

Pink curry

Tottori-grown beetroot gives the curry its vivid pink colour, creating a memorable dish in a traditional setting.

White-rabbit pasta

Fresh pasta with Tottori white leek and spicy cod roe is topped with a mashed cream made using Shirobara milk and a rabbit-shaped quail egg.

Reservations

Online requests are accepted until five days before the visit; phone reservations cover the final four days and same-day bookings. A form submission is confirmed only when the restaurant sends its confirmation email.

Visit timing and location

Lunch runs 11:30–14:00; evening meals require reservations. The cafe is two minutes from the prefectural office, with the entrance reached along the passage from the gate towards the garden.
