Kansuitei Kozeniya is a small hot-spring ryokan in Eirakuonsencho, Tottori City. Rooms are arranged around a site with a pond and garden despite its city setting, offering meals and water from the property’s own springs. 本館・旧館と部屋の設備を比べる

白水館は本館、玄水亭は隣り合う旧館で、同じ旅館の敷地内にあります。玄水亭は木造2階で、客室にトイレはありますが内風呂はなく、簡易エレベーターには利用時間の制限があります。白水館にも内風呂のない部屋があるため、バス付き希望は事前に伝えましょう。洋室や和洋室、温泉内風呂付きの離れもあり、部屋名と設備を合わせて確認することが大切です。

自家源泉の大浴場と露天風呂

温泉は敷地内の2本の井戸から引く自家源泉で、循環しないかけ流し方式です。夏季は一部加水する場合があります。宿泊・温泉ページの大浴場と露天風呂の案内は15:00～24:00、6:00～9:15。早い到着で入浴を希望する場合は当日の開始時刻を事前に確認してください。日帰り入浴は別の受付時間と料金があり、混雑日や休館日は利用できない場合があります。

宿泊者の貸切風呂は2か所

貸切風呂は宿泊者専用で2か所あり、無料・予約不要です。利用時間は15:00～翌9:15で、一晩中使える案内になっています。サウナはありません。公式FAQではタトゥーがある人の大浴場利用を断る一方、宿泊者専用の貸切風呂は利用可能としています。現地の空き状況を見ながら利用し、細かな入浴方法はチェックイン時に確認しましょう。

夕食場所と和定食の朝食

朝食はビュッフェではなく、一人ずつの和定食です。夕食は季節の会席料理で、部屋やプランにより部屋食・食事処などが異なります。複数室で一緒に食べたい場合は予約時に相談し、会場は宿の指定になる点も確認しましょう。夕食の最終開始時刻は通常19:30で、遅れる場合は事前連絡が必要です。食物アレルギーは事前相談とし、季節の特定食材が必ず出ると考えずプラン内容を確認してください。

駅送迎の受付時間と無料駐車

駅北口からJR高架沿いに約500m進むと宿があり、敷地内の平面駐車場は20台・無料です。鳥取駅からの送迎は8:10～11:00と14:00～21:50の受付で、到着時に電話する方式。常時運行する定時バスとは異なるため、列車の到着時刻と荷物の量を伝えて相談しましょう。冬の車移動は積雪への備えも必要です。大型車や複数台で向かう場合は、駐車方法をあらかじめ確認してください。

客室時間と休館案内を確認する

チェックインは15:00以降、チェックアウトは10:00です。全室禁煙で、無料Wi-Fiを利用できます。館内にコインランドリーはありません。定期メンテナンスによる休館日は公式お知らせで告知されます。9月28日～10月1日など過去の休館案内を現在の休館と取り違えず、泊まる日の営業と温泉の利用条件を予約時に確認してください。料金は食事と部屋で変わり、入湯税などの精算内訳も確認しましょう。

Compare buildings and room facilities

Hakusuikan is the main building and neighbouring Gensuitei the older building on the same ryokan site. Gensuitei is a two-storey wooden structure; rooms have toilets but no private bathtub, and its small lift has restricted operating hours. Some Hakusuikan rooms also lack a bathtub, so request a room with one in advance if needed. Western and Japanese/Western rooms and detached accommodation with an indoor hot-spring bath provide other choices. Check facilities together with the room name.

Communal and open-air spring baths

The property draws water from two on-site wells and uses a flowing, non-recirculating system; some water may be added in summer. The accommodation and hot-spring pages list the communal and open-air baths at 15:00–24:00 and 06:00–09:15. Confirm the day’s starting time beforehand if you hope to bathe on an early arrival. Day bathing has separate reception hours and charges and may be unavailable on busy days or closure dates.

Two private baths for overnight guests

There are two private baths for overnight guests, free and without advance reservations. The listed hours are 15:00–09:15 the following morning, allowing overnight use. The ryokan has no sauna. Its FAQ does not allow tattooed guests to use the communal baths but permits them to use the private guest baths. Use an available bath and ask about the detailed procedure at check-in.

Dinner location and a Japanese set breakfast

Breakfast is an individual Japanese set meal rather than a buffet. Dinner is seasonal kaiseki, with in-room or dining-room service depending on the room and plan. Tell the ryokan if guests in several rooms want to dine together; the venue is assigned by the property. Dinner normally starts no later than 19:30, so contact the ryokan beforehand if delayed. Discuss food allergies in advance and check the plan rather than assuming a particular seasonal ingredient is always served.

Station pickup hours and free parking

The ryokan is about 500 m along the railway viaduct from the station’s north exit and provides twenty free surface parking spaces. Station pickup is accepted 08:10–11:00 and 14:00–21:50; call when you arrive. This is an on-request service rather than a continuously running scheduled bus, so discuss your train arrival and luggage. Prepare for snow when driving in winter and ask beforehand about larger vehicles or groups arriving in several cars.

Check room times and maintenance dates

Check-in is from 15:00 and checkout at 10:00. All rooms are nonsmoking with free Wi-Fi; there is no coin laundry inside. Scheduled maintenance closures are posted in the official news. Do not treat past notices, such as 28 September–1 October, as a current closure; verify operations and bathing arrangements for your dates. Rates depend on meals and room choice, and you should also check the billing treatment of bathing tax and other charges.
