岐阜の米と美濃の食材をコースで

岐阜の米、美濃の野菜、日本各地の魚介をイタリア料理として組み立てます。全席個室の店で、コースは予約時刻に一斉スタートです。ランチは10時30分・12時30分などの予約枠があり、所要約120～150分。ディナーも開始時刻を選んで予約します。

コース料金、ドリンクとコペルト

公式予約の東濃ランチは税込8800円、シグネチャー13750円、ショートシグネチャーランチ11000円などで、掲載コースは2名以上です。1人1杯以上のドリンク注文が必要。別途コペルトはシグネチャーの税込価格を基準に昼7％・夜10％で、昼2杯以上・夜3杯以上のドリンク注文で無料、夜2杯は5％となります。20時の利用は杯数にかかわらず10％です。

予約の方法と人数・日程変更

ウェブ予約または電話で申し込み、電話は14時30分以降の受付です。9名以上、ベビーカーや子ども連れの場合は予約時に電話で相談する条件です。予約取消には日数に応じた取消料があり、5名以上で日程変更の申出がない取消は2週間前から100％です。

高田町へは住所でナビを設定

多治見ICから車約7分で駐車場があります。店名や電話番号では旧所在地へ案内される場合があるため、高田町1-81-3をナビに入力します。土日祝のランチはできる限り乗り合わせ、車の台数を事前に伝えます。営業日と開始時刻は予約枠に合わせて選び、店内は全席禁煙です。

周辺の観光・食事と移動を組み合わせる

東町の現代陶芸と高田町の食事に、宝町の宿泊を加えられます。食事は予約した開始時刻に合わせ、2名以上・1人1ドリンク以上の条件も含めて選びます。駅北立体から各地区へは別に移動時間を取ります。

Selvatico Mino serves course meals using Gifu rice and Mino ingredients in Takata-cho. Private rooms in a single-storey building facing woodland suit celebrations, gatherings and leisurely lunches or dinners.

Gifu rice and Mino ingredients in course meals

The courses combine Gifu rice, Mino vegetables and seafood from around Japan in Italian cooking. Dining rooms are private and courses begin together at the reserved time. Lunch slots include 10:30 and 12:30, lasting about 120–150 minutes. Dinner is also booked for a selected starting time.

Course prices, drinks and coperto

Officially listed courses include Tono lunch at ¥8,800, signature at ¥13,750 and short-signature lunch at ¥11,000 including tax, for two or more guests. At least one drink per person is required. Separate coperto is calculated against the tax-inclusive signature-course price: seven percent at lunch and ten percent at dinner. It is waived with at least two drinks at lunch or three at dinner; two dinner drinks reduce it to five percent. The 20:00 sitting carries ten percent regardless of drink count.

Reservations, party sizes and schedule changes

Book online or by telephone, with telephone enquiries after 14:30. Parties of nine or more and visitors bringing children or a pushchair must discuss arrangements by telephone when booking. Cancellation charges depend on notice; for parties of five or more, cancellation without a request to change the date costs one hundred percent from two weeks before.

Navigate by address to Takata-cho

Drive about seven minutes from Tajimi IC; parking is available. Enter 1-81-3 Takata-cho in navigation, as the name or phone number may lead to the former address. For weekend and holiday lunches, share vehicles where possible and advise the restaurant of vehicle numbers ahead. Choose an opening day and start time from the booking slots. The restaurant is entirely non-smoking.

Combine sights, meals and travel

Add a Takara-machi stay to Higashi-machi contemporary ceramics and Takata-cho dining. Arrive for the reserved sitting, considering the minimum of two diners and one drink per person. Allow separate travel from Ekikita Parking to these districts.
