庁舎を利用した窓口で駐車券を提示すると、この地下駐車場は60分無料になります。窓口が閉まっている日時は宿日直室で提示します。施設貸出の利用者も、認証機による1時間無料の対象です。駅北立体の90分、駅南立体の120分とは無料時間が異なります。

入出庫8～22時、窓口は平日9～16:30

車の出し入れは8～22時です。庁舎窓口は2026年10月1日から9～16時30分となり、土日祝と12月29日～1月3日は休業します。夜間や休日の戸籍届出等の受付は宿日直の扱いです。用事の受付時間と、22時までの車の出庫を合わせて予定を組みます。

庁舎の用事に、東町の展示や太平町の喫茶を加える場合は各地区へ移動します。地下駐車場は30分210円で最大料金がなく、車の出庫は22時までです。長い見学や宿泊まで含める日は料金と出庫時刻を合わせて選びます。

Parking below the northern city-hall building in Otowa-cho

The address is 1-233 Otowa-cho, beneath the building housing citizen services, health and childcare-related counters. This is separate from Ekikita Multi-storey Parking. When the underground lot is busy, the northern multi-storey facility or southern one beside Platy also serve city-hall visitors.

The regular charge is ¥210 per thirty minutes, with no maximum. Time beyond any validated allowance is also charged at ¥210 per thirty minutes. Costs continue to rise for a longer stay; choose according to the time needed for counter business or an extended rail trip.

Present the ticket: sixty free minutes underground

Present the ticket at the counter used to receive sixty minutes’ free parking here. Outside counter hours, present it at the duty office. Users of hired civic facilities also have a one-hour validation allowance. This differs from ninety minutes at the northern multi-storey lot and 120 at the southern one.
