駅北庁舎120分認証と48時間以上の利用

駅北庁舎の対象利用では、利用窓口で駐車券を提示すると120分無料です。2026年6月23日のシステム障害により、48時間以上の駐車申請は受付休止中です。運営者の現行FAQでは、受付休止期間中は48時間を超えても2週間以内の利用は問題ないとしています。工事や貸切などで急に利用できなくなる場合があるため、場内掲示も確認します。駅南ロータリーの30分無料とは別の施設・手続きです。

周辺の観光・食事と移動を組み合わせる

駅南を拠点にする日に、笠原のタイルと高田町の食事を組み合わせられます。各地区へは別に移動時間を取り、食事は予約した開始時刻に合わせます。ホテルの無料駐車場とこの駐車場の料金は別です。

Operated by Meitetsu Kyosho, the southern multi-storey lot serves rail trips and shopping south of the station. It has time-based charges and validation for eligible Platy or city-hall visits. Car parking and the separate bicycle/moped facilities follow different tariffs.

¥200 per hour and ¥900 for up to twenty-four hours

The all-day regular tariff is ¥200 per sixty minutes, with a ¥900 maximum for up to twenty-four hours from entry. Non-cash options include credit cards, manaca, MKP Business, Point and Gift Cards, and parking-service vouchers.

Present the ticket at each participating Platy outlet

Eligible shopping or facility use at Platy provides validation according to the visit. Allowances from up to three participating outlets, including the northern city-hall building, can be added; present the parking ticket at each till or reception. Vending machines, short-term events and bicycle/moped parking are excluded.

City-hall 120-minute validation and stays of 48 hours or longer

Eligible city-hall visitors receive 120 minutes’ free parking by presenting their ticket at the relevant counter. Applications for parking of 48 hours or longer are suspended following the system outage on 23 June 2026. The operator’s current FAQ allows stays exceeding 48 hours, up to two weeks, during this suspension. Check on-site notices, as works or exclusive use may make the car park unavailable at short notice. This facility and procedure are separate from the south rotary’s thirty-minute allowance.

Combine sights, meals and travel

Use the south station area as a base for Kasahara tiles and Takata-cho dining. Allow onward travel between districts and arrive for the reserved meal time. The hotel’s free parking and this lot’s tariff are separate.
