生わさびと辛味大根で味わう手打ちそば

ざるそばは1,300円で、おろした生わさびを添えます。おろしそば1,280円には信州の辛味大根を使い、薬味の辛さとそばの風味を合わせられます。飛騨荘川のそばを郡上の水で打ち、店内の打ち場で仕上げています。

天ぷらとそばがき、そば茶のアイス

そばを巻いた海老やそばの海苔巻きなどの天ぷらは1,150円。そばがき990円は素揚げしたものを吸い物にして提供し、そばアイス440円はそば茶の風味を楽しめます。中庭の奥には郡上八幡城を望む個室があり、1日1組限定の蕎麦会席を用意します。

11時から営業し、そばが売り切れれば終了します。通常は不定休で、2026年10月の今後の休業日は28日です。8月1日に一部メニューの価格を改定しています。郡上八幡店の営業日程として予定し、他の支店とは分けて訪ねられます。

The Gujo Hachiman branch of Sobamasa Matsui makes soba with Shokawa buckwheat and Gujo water. Natural timber tables provide a setting for tasting the noodles and their condiments. Plan lunch early because service ends when supplies run out.

Hand-made soba with fresh wasabi or pungent radish

Zaru soba at ¥1,300 comes with freshly grated wasabi. Grated-radish soba at ¥1,280 uses pungent Shinshu radish, pairing its heat with the noodles. Shokawa buckwheat is prepared with Gujo water in the restaurant work area.

Tempura, sobagaki and soba-tea ice cream

Tempura at ¥1,150 includes shrimp wrapped in soba and soba nori rolls. Sobagaki at ¥990 is fried and served in broth; the ¥440 ice cream has soba-tea flavour. A private room beyond the garden overlooks the castle, with soba kaiseki offered to one party per day.

Service begins at 11:00 and ends when the soba sells out. Closing days are irregular; the remaining October 2026 closure is the 28th. Some prices changed on August 1. These arrangements apply to the Gujo Hachiman branch, so plan around this branch rather than another location.

Forty-four seats and six parking spaces

The nonsmoking restaurant has forty-four seats at timber tables. Cards, electronic money and QR payments are accepted, and six parking spaces are provided. It is about two minutes from Jokamachi Plaza, twenty minutes from the station on foot, or five minutes by car from Gujo Hachiman IC.
