注文後に焼くうなぎと継ぎ足しのたれ

うな千では活うなぎを仕入れ、井戸水で泳がせてから注文後に焼き上げます。事前の白焼きをせず、一気に仕上げる方法です。創業以来継ぎ足すたれを使い、うなぎの香りや外側と内側の食感を生かしています。

ひつまぶしと丼・定食の価格

並ひつまぶし4100円、上ひつまぶし5300円、うな重5000円、白焼き定食4500円、長焼き定食3850円です。うな丼は並2500円・中3100円・上3650円など。価格は税込です。釜めしは出来上がりまで約30分で、昼13時30分・夜19時30分までの注文となります。

注文終了時刻と席の予約

昼は11～14時30分で注文は13時45分まで、夜は16時30分～20時30分で注文19時45分までです。水曜が基本の定休日で、店内の状況により早く終了する場合があります。席の予約は受け付けず、持ち帰り弁当は予約できます。

多治見駅徒歩約15分と駐車25台

JR多治見駅南口から徒歩約15分、多治見ICから車約15分です。店内は68席、駐車場は25台分です。支払いにはクレジットカード、電子マネー、交通系カード、QRコード決済を利用できます。

周辺の観光・食事と移動を組み合わせる

虎渓山の参拝と青木町の食事を組み合わせ、駅前に泊まれます。うな千は店内席の予約を受け付けていません。くれたけインの宿泊には提携駐車サービスがなく、駅北立体の利用は通常料金です。

Unasen in Aoki-machi serves eel bowls, unaju and hitsumabushi. Eel is grilled from raw after ordering rather than prepared with advance unglazed grilling, and can be enjoyed with rice, condiments and broth.

Eel grilled to order and a continually replenished sauce

Unasen sources live eel and keeps it in well water before grilling after orders arrive. It is cooked without advance unglazed grilling. A sauce continually replenished since the business began complements the eel’s aroma and contrasting textures.

Hitsumabushi, rice bowls and set-meal prices

Regular hitsumabushi costs ¥4,100, large hitsumabushi ¥5,300, unaju ¥5,000, the unglazed-eel set ¥4,500 and long-grilled-eel set ¥3,850. Eel rice bowls include regular ¥2,500, medium ¥3,100 and large ¥3,650. Prices include tax. Rice-pot dishes take about thirty minutes and must be ordered by 13:30 at lunch or 19:30 at dinner.

Last-order times and table reservations

Lunch runs 11:00–14:30 with last orders at 13:45, and dinner 16:30–20:30 with last orders at 19:45. Wednesday is the normal closing day, and service may finish early depending on conditions. Table reservations are not accepted, while takeaway boxes can be reserved.

A fifteen-minute station walk and twenty-five parking spaces

Walk about fifteen minutes from JR Tajimi Station’s south exit or drive about fifteen minutes from Tajimi IC. The restaurant has sixty-eight seats and twenty-five parking spaces. It accepts credit cards, electronic money, transit cards and QR-code payments.

Combine sights, meals and travel

Combine Kokeizan and Aoki-machi dining with a station-area stay. Unasen does not accept table reservations. Kuretake Inn has no partner-parking validation, so Ekikita use follows its ordinary tariff.
