地下八十台の車両条件
地下駐車場は80台を収容し、高さ2.1mまで、総重量4tまでの車両に対応します。ルーフに荷物やキャリアを載せた車は、積載した状態の高さで判断します。東側の屋外駐車場とは別の区画なので、地下への到着を決める前に自分の車の寸法を合わせて選びます。庁舎訪問のための駐車場です。
平日と土日の目的を分ける
平日は8～18時に利用できます。土曜・日曜は9～17時で、図書館カウンター利用者用です。祝日と年末年始は地下駐車場を使えません。平日の市役所窓口受付は8時30分～17時15分で、駐車場の8時開始と同じではありません。訪ねる窓口や図書館利用の時間を先に決め、その範囲で駐車と出庫を組みます。
東側四十台とは条件が異なる
庁舎東側にも40台の駐車場があり、こちらの案内時間は7時30分～22時です。地下80台と合わせて同じ営業時間の120台とは扱いません。市役所に車やバイクで来る人には地下または東側が案内され、自転車の駐輪場は庁舎西側と東側です。利用する区画ごとの案内に従って到着します。
車両入口と庁舎内の移動
住所は富岡町トノ町12-3です。正面玄関前と富岡雨水ポンプ場前からは車両が進入できません。車両入口と駐車場の案内サインに沿って地下へ進み、利用後は各日の終了時刻までに出庫します。夜間・休日の戸籍届出窓口は東玄関口にありますが、その24時間受付を地下駐車場の利用時間としては使いません。

Vehicle limits for eighty underground spaces
The underground area accommodates eighty vehicles up to 2.1 metres high and four tonnes gross weight. Account for roof loads or carriers when judging the vehicle’s overall height. This is separate from the outdoor east parking, so match the vehicle dimensions to the underground limits before arriving. The parking serves municipal-building visits.
Weekday and weekend uses differ
Weekday parking runs 08:00–18:00. Saturdays and Sundays are 09:00–17:00 for library-counter users, with no underground access on public holidays or during the New Year closure. Weekday municipal-counter service is 08:30–17:15, distinct from the parking’s earlier opening. Arrange the intended service visit within the relevant parking period.
The east parking is a separate area
The east surface area has forty spaces and a published period of 07:30–22:00. Its hours must not be merged with the eighty underground bays as one uniform 120-space operation. Municipal-building visitors arriving by car or motorcycle are directed to these areas; bicycle parking is on the west and east sides. Follow the chosen area’s directions.
Vehicle access and the building visit
The address is 12-3 Tono-cho in Tomioka. Vehicles cannot enter from the main-front entrance or the Tomioka rainwater-pump-station side. Follow the vehicle-entry and parking signs, and leave before the area closes. The night/holiday registration counter is by the east entrance; its twenty-four-hour service does not extend the underground parking hours.
Other stops in Anan
Central Tomioka, Nakagawa and Hanoura, Kuwano, and the Tachibana/Tsubaki coast involve different directions of travel. Combine time at the accommodation, daytime or evening meals, and parking for the intended facility with the next stop in the itinerary.
